Our entire experience at Avenue Nissan was incredibly professional. Greg was responsive and knowledgeable, along with polite and engaging. We immediately noticed a difference between Avenue Nissan/Gr professional. Greg was responsive and knowledgeable, along with polite and engaging. We immediately noticed a difference between Avenue Nissan/Greg and all of the other dealerships (different brands) that we had been to. All of the salespeople at the other brands needed to rely heavily on the company websites, but Greg actually knew the facts about the cars off the top of his head. He rarely needed to consult the website or the brochures. Greg also automatically provided us with a copy of the pricing/financing/trade-in details that we had discussed. We basically had to beg other brands to do this for us. At the end of our meeting, the sales manager came out to speak with us. There was zero pushiness, zero pressure. We felt comfortable and respected. Added bonus: there was a play space with colouring books and crayons. This was so useful in helping to entertain our toddler while we took turns test driving. In the end, we went with another brand, as the car we chose better suited the needs of our family. That said, we were actually sad that we weren't going to go through with the sale at Avenue Nissan. We were so impressed with the service that we received that we wanted to make sure they got another 5-star review on this site. More

Of course I wish, like anyone, that the repairs needed would not be expensive; but I know they were necessary, and that Eric went out of his way to keep them as reasonably-priced as he could.
