I went to the dealership looking for advice on removing fresh asphalt tar from the lower door panel. A service advisor told me to try claybar that was available at Canadian Tire. I did so but was unsuccessful in using a Simonize product. I returned to Winnipeg Hyundai to again seek advice and this time Jennifer Henderson actually came out to my vehicle in the parking lot, got down on the pavement and demonstrated how to use a claybar product along with a glass cleaner which was different than the Simonize product. Great customer service, initiative and pleasant demeanour.

I dealt with Nicole Reimer in service. She had my truck in the next day, and fixed in time she promised. Nicole kept me informed thru the entire service job which was timing chain on my 3.5 eco boost F-150!
When i asked questions about the work if she didn’t know the answer she had the service tech answer my technical questions!
Large repair and expensive but Nicole made the entire experience , perfect!
I was even pleasantly surprised when i saw my bill.

Very bad experience actually I had Audi A4 purchased in the last year so I was having co-signer in the car when I asked them to remove that person from my car, when everything was done I came to know that I have to pay $4000 tax again why I have to pay tax twice for the same car which I was having. I didn’t buy new car then why I have to pay tax again for the same car. I will never recommend anyone to buy car from your Auto hays. Me and family is very disappointed from this……….

Service is truly terrible. Especially Monty . He is one of the rudest people I have dealt with. I have had had nothing but issues with my vehicle and unfortunately had to deal with service as too often. I live 200 km from the dealership so each time I have to get service I have to take an entire day off of work to drop it off. I have had to take so much holiday time off for service. After almost weekly calls that I had to take my car in for inspection, I made an appointment to take it in. My wife and I booked a day off and took the car in, I was met by Monty which the first thing he said was there was only one person allowed in due to Covid restrictions and if there was an issue I could reschedule an appointment (take another day each of precious holiday time each). I said it was okay but I would need a shuttle for us. He told me they couldn’t shuttle both of us. I had to cancel the appointment and waste, yet again, 2 holiday says and 4 hours of driving. They never mentioned anything about only one person when I booked the appointment. What a terrible service department, and overall owner’s experience. The service manager Ron is good though. Avoid this place.

Took over two weeks to repair my vehicle. Should have been a four day job. Had to rent a car during this time. Called a couple of times to find out what was happening and no return call from them. Very poor service. Would not recommend them.
