It was easy to make an appointment for a recall. The complimentary car wash (for later use) was very nice. However, I do notice that there were customers who weren't wearing a mask, while they waited in the 2 offices.

Lance Bishop went beyond the call of duty in his customer service to satisfy us. We had problems having our engine light issue resolved however in the end, they found more rodent damage which was quickly rectified and added to our most recent ICBC claim. As always we were very happy with the excellent service we received. Thank you, Penticton Honda! We appreciate the great service we have been receiving over the past decade.
Excellent Service - Sniper
Tyson Swchwarz- assistant service manager gave me an overall customer satisfaction. He treated me me and my family as their own customer when my Honda Odyssey i bought in Burnaby BC had mechanical problem because of an accident. I will definitely recommend Tyson to every people who needs an excellent service for their vehicle. He’s very helpful and professional and I’m so happy he’s the guy working that day. Thank you Tyson!
Excellent Service Advisors, Tony MA & Norman Joe - PERRI
These 2 Vancouver Honda Service Advisors (Tony MA & Norman Joe) were very helpful on June 22, 2019 & provided excellent service to a 2017 Honda CRV Touring client. They were clear, concise, communicated well and answered all questions so the client understood the items bei g serviced. Having bought 4 new Hondas in the last 4 years, these 2 advisors have provided excellent & helpful service guidance. These 2 advisors at Vancouver Honda always provide exemplary unmatched customer service. My name is Mr. T Perri and would like the ownership & management team to recognize these service advisors. Thank you so much Tony & Norman for your exceptional service!!! Regards, Mr. T. Perri - Vancouver, BC.

Dropped off my Honda Pilot for warranty work (2nd time in 2 months because of a malfunctioning AC) and A1 service and vehicle was left overnight to diagnose a potential leak.
Picked up the vehicle and leak wasn't found. However, random grease marks were all over the cabin (some marks are visible and some just end up on our infers), dirty passenger side seat (my wife always sits in the middle seats with our newborn), and a near empty gas tank (was 3/4 full when dropped off).
At this time, we cannot recommend this dealership for any service/warranty work.
We are extremely disappointed.
Great service with humble attitude at Harmony Honda. - W. Jin
Recently, the worker name Wade, worked on my both keyless entry devices for my 2017 Honda CRV I bought at Harmony Honda. He even repaired one of the broken devices that saved me over $200.00. With his humble and eager to learn attitude, I see his appreciation to his co-worker and dedication to his career.
I am very much thankful to him and his co-workers. Great service! I definitely will recommend to anyone.
This Car Company has terrible customer service. - Elaine
I bought a 2010 Honda Civic from this dealership. I only have a three minute drive to work so I now have just under 80,000 km on my car.
Around the 50,000 km mark I got a spot of the roof of my car where I thought maybe bird poop or something had burnt off the paint. That mark stayed for a few years, now the white speckling which means it's the start of more patches appearing is on most of my car.
Honda Canada and this dealership acknowledge that it was faulty clear coat.
I only realized it was something to do with Honda when I started seeing other Honda's with the same problem.
I have been back to the dealership three times and have been told
I should hound Honda Canada to see if they will repaint it, they don't seem to want to call them.
I probably went down Lake Cowichan Hwy. and a rock chipped the paint on my roof and that's what started it. ( Well the rock would have had to have bounced all over my car then.)
I have not been loyal to the dealership because I didn't get my car serviced there even though I explained it was not about being loyal it was about be affordable. (Their service dept. has higher prices)
I have dealt with the two different dealerships the present owner has been involved with for over 20 years so I feel that's pretty loyal.
When I took my estimate of $2,800.00 (which now have found out is $3,200.00) in to the service manager and said I just want someone from this dealership to look me in the eye and tell me they thinks it's fair I pay this I was told it's not fair but what do you want me to do about it.
I've learnt my lesson not to deal there.

Sold me a Lemon been saving forever to buy a nice car they truly ripped me off this car is going to have big problems took it back to them they said nothing wrong noise is getting worse thanks Marv Jones’s their 100 point inspection is a bunch of BS I ended finding a tone of rat poo in my motor after. My car noises are getting worse and now I’m stuck paying money for a car that I will have to do major repairs
Worst Service I ever experienced in my 45 years of driving - Pissed
This dealership, I feel, destroyed my transmission. They say they do a 20 point check on fluid levels etc. every time you have servicing - if they do (which I doubt) they don't let you know if there is a problem or don't do anything about problems they find including letting you know. In October they said they checked my transmission fluid, in February my transmission died - it had no transmission fluid in it and there was no leak.
I took it in to get the timing belt changed at the time you are suppose to change them, $1700.00 bill. Later I find out the mechanic looked at it and thought it was fine so didn't change it, I was not told at the time, later when I had seals leaking I am told it was not done - I was very angry - then they back tracked and said it was done and they offered to fix the seals at such a reduced rate $400.00 over the original $1800.00 quote I let them hoping that they would do the timing belt at the same time.
I will never go there again and I am cautioning everyone else to not go there if you value your vehicle. I did buy another Honda they are good vehicles but I will never go back to this dealership.

Beware the service department ! $295 for a battery for a 2012 Hyundai - double a reasonable price ! If you are not mechanically knowledgeable they will fleece you ! Went in for a minor service & fix a leaking tire & drive away $800 poorer! Rip off place !

I am very happy and satisfied with the service. The salesperson, Manmohan Birk was a great help. His communication and customer service skills are awesome. I will recommend considering them as a first choice to buy a car. Thank you Manmohan Birk and the team.
Worst car services need customer to point out the failure - Stan
Suggested unnecessary service which I have to paid and was not relevant to resolve my car's mechanical issue. Had to bring my car in and actually point out where the problem is and let them performed another service which got lucky covered with the additional extend warranty that I purchased when I leased the car.
I will not recommend doing car service here at all. It was expensive and did not receive the same value of the money. However, they do provide the curtsy car which maybe other car service company did not have.
I will list what I experienced from this store
1. OEM windshield wiper will always break down which make uncomfortable sound and service agent said we need to replace it every 3-4 months (Bosch third party windshield wiper was still working since 2017)
2. Replaced light bulb without telling customer and want to charge the fee
3. Auto rain sensing from Honda is not that precise, service agent suggested me to buy BMW instead. (The auto rain sensing on Honda civic has a known issue that the system need to do some collaboration test, but apparently service agent did not know that)
4. Recommend the auto service that I have to pay by myself which is not mandatory but also did not fix the issue I had on my car.
5. Suggested wheel alignment to fix the defected tie rod? I learned a lot more about the car from this lesson.
Thank you OpenRoad Honda.

I would not give Surrey Honda any stars. Worst experience... - Kapadia
I would not give Surrey Honda any stars. Worst experience every from Service Advisors to the General Manager. Taking customers for granted and are very complacent. Don't care attitude and the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
Good at exploiting people to make profits. Never trust people at this dealership. Liars, not trust-worthy and being subject matter experts - they do not portray anything even close. Opportunistic. Zero stars.
Service department was totally disrespectful of my time.... - Mary P
Service department was totally disrespectful of my time. After two appointments the problem with my navigation screen (under warranty) was made even worse.
The unpleasant customer service agent left me vowing never to return to this dealer which sold me the Honda Civic in 2017
Great product but poor service. - corc19
Overall becoming dissatisfied with Campus Honda. Initially was displeased with service of my salesman being overly pushy and then lack of communications with regards to delivery of my CRV after he had the sale did not seem to care about me any more with recent purchase of my new car(This is my second new Honda vehicle). More recently though, I took my car to Campus to have a broken antenna repaired which I was quoted over 850 dollars. For the same parts ordered from Honda and done at a different location my bill was only 315 dollars. Completely gouging so called "loyal customers". I have had all my Honda service and repair done through different Honda dealers since 2011 but have lost trust and will only use them if needed for warranty.
Damsel in distress - tbrewer
There I was, parked on 4th Street and my 4 year old car battery was dead. Who happens to walk by and offers help to this damsel in distress from Nanaimo? It happens to be Dave, the general manager of Island Honda. He could have keep walking as there was someone already talking to me trying to offer assistance, but he didn’t, he stopped to help and I am incredibly grateful. After assessing the situation, we boosted my car (in the middle of the street I might add), and took it to Island Honda. Sort of long story short, a huge grateful thank you to Dave from Island Honda for taking the time to stop, and assist this damsel in distress. And thank you to Bryan and Dave to inform me exactly what was wrong and why, for checking my alternator, for being prompt, efficient, professional, and most of all kind. -Tanya
Awesome Service Department - hiroanz
The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.
Thank you service Advisor Dan Pollard - Dl
My car needed a service and Dan managed to get me a service in one day as I had the opportunity to go on a road trip and my car was overdue for a service. Much appreciated_ big thank you??
