Sent my wife home in tears after spending 8 hours for a windshield and oil change and they 'forgot to do the oil change. Told "Just come back another day" after taking the day off work and neither of us ca windshield and oil change and they 'forgot to do the oil change. Told "Just come back another day" after taking the day off work and neither of us can afford that extra time to come back. Total disregard for a customer's time. A windshield is a 2-3 hour job, not 8 hours and not completing the service and the "oh well" attitude is unacceptable. Also over $2000 for a windshield is beyond belief. I hope ICBC picks this up as it's over the top. More
