Horrible after market service and an even worse experience with the service department who failed to complete an oil change because they couldn't even find my keys in their drop box or car in the p experience with the service department who failed to complete an oil change because they couldn't even find my keys in their drop box or car in the parking lot despite it sitting there all day. When questioned why they couldn't phone me to inquire they had little to say, failed to take ownership for their mistake, blamed the myself the customer and couldn't help solve the problem. Never did get my car serviced and no phone call to follow up with an apology. Worth the trip across the street to see the GM dealership. Craig Hindle and his team are always amazing over there with friendly, helpful faces. Will not got back to Duncan Honda ever again. More

This Car Company has terrible customer service. I bought a 2010 Honda Civic from this dealership. I only have a three minute drive to work so I now have just under 80,000 km on my car. Around the 50,000 km mark I got a spot of the roof of my car where I thought maybe bird poop or something had burnt off the paint. That mark stayed for a few years, now the white speckling which means it's the start of more patches appearing is on most of my car. Honda Canada and this dealership acknowledge that it was faulty clear coat. I only realized it was something to do with Honda when I started seeing other Honda's with the same problem. I have been back to the dealership three times and have been told I should hound Honda Canada to see if they will repaint it, they don't seem to want to call them. I probably went down Lake Cowichan Hwy. and a rock chipped the paint on my roof and that's what started it. ( Well the rock would have had to have bounced all over my car then.) I have not been loyal to the dealership because I didn't get my car serviced there even though I explained it was not about being loyal it was about be affordable. (Their service dept. has higher prices) I have dealt with the two different dealerships the present owner has been involved with for over 20 years so I feel that's pretty loyal. When I took my estimate of $2,800.00 (which now have found out is $3,200.00) in to the service manager and said I just want someone from this dealership to look me in the eye and tell me they thinks it's fair I pay this I was told it's not fair but what do you want me to do about it. I've learnt my lesson not to deal there. More
