I had a very disappointing experience with Acura North Vancouver. I was offered a deal, completed a test drive, paid a deposit, and even went through a credit check that affected my credit score. Then, just one hour before delivery, I was told by Brian, the General Manager, that the appraisal was done incorrectly and the pricing they gave me was no longer valid.
There was no apology, no accountability, and the entire agreement changed at the last minute. Because of this, I lost time, lost a scheduled appointment with Honda, and took an unnecessary credit-score hit.
This was unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I hope management takes responsibility and ensures this doesn’t happen to other customers.
