Part was ordered through 3rd from Acura of Langley. Correct VIN number provided and Acura of Langley confirmed their staff member ordered the part for the wrong model car. This was not discovered until part arrived nearly 30 days later. As a result of their error I incurred an additional cost of $1036.00 for a rental car. Acura refuses to take responsibility for their staff member’s error. After having been advised that they would not take responsibility I have have made numerous requests to speak with the dealership Manager (Vasal) and the Service Parts Manager and they have not returned my request for a response or return call after numerous attempts. I am now forced to take them to small claims court. This is not my first bad experience with this dealership. More

Talked to a salesman about a used Lexus SUV they had in stock. Called to confirm it was available and set an appointment to view and likely purchase. This year we decided to purchase Acura RDX A-Spec. We came prepared, well researched and met Victor, our sales consultant. He was pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable and we didn’t feel any pressure. We were not very easy customers but he was patient and professional. Finally, we met Stefan, the manager and we got the deal. Stefan was excellent, he negotiated the price professionally and with respect. Then we met Ryan, the business manager, who did all the papers. We had such a pleasurable experience with Ryan. He is very experienced, an expert in his field, and he is so much fun to talk to. When the papers were done we almost became friends. Justin, delivery specialist, who took us to the vehicle and explained all the features - he was great! We had such an awesome experience with the team of Acura of Langley like never before!!
