Avoid the rip off artists at this dealership. We negotiated a car price via email....the details were very clear.
Went in and did the paperwork and realized after getting home that sales agent Amanda Sun had changed the agreed to pricing.
Called back and spoke to Alex the sales manager, and he said sorry I see what was agreed to, but that price is below our cost so I can't honour it (even though he was the one that approved it a day prior). We wasted about 6 hours driving out there and doing all the paperwork (they are so slow at this dealership), only to have them try and screw us over.
This seems to be the norm for Dilawri, so avoid their dealerships at all costs.

Recently bought a 2018 RDX elite model about month and a half ago and I’m already been back at least 5 times to the dealership for all sort of issues that I had discovered driving the car.
Its true that buying a slightly used car can save you some money, but I am beginning to think that its not worth it based on my experience.
My advice is don’t trust the dealership when they say they fully inspected the car. Have it independently check by your mechanic before buying it or write it as a pre-condition in your offer. It will save lots of time and effort as they made you think that the problems are your doings.

I dealt with Sales Manager Haris Adel and Sales Manager Rick Proctor, exceptional treatment by both men and especially Rick Proctor who really went out of his way to make sure everything was to perfection with regards to my new /used 2017 Acura RDX. Highly recomend Richmond Acura.. Henry in service was also great to deal with.. I myself was a in sales in construction equipment and found the people I dealt with very profedssional Again highly recomend Richmond Acura

had a deal from “both” sales managers, and drove out from out of town,to make the purchase. The deal was for 2 vehicles, I had already test driven one, and was test driving the second. I had both vehicles running beside each other.. I took the second vehicle out, and while returning on the second test drive, I noticed someone test driving the other vehicle as I returned. The sales guy said we could write up a deal before they returned.. I was waiting for the deal to be written up, and Dino the sales manager wouldn’t write the deal.. He wanted to wait, to see if he could get a better deal, from the people test driving.. I argued I was here first, and I want to put a deposit, to purchase both. He refused and made me wait, to see what these people after me, were going to offer him a better price. We had been there for 2 hours, before the dealership opened. They refused to honour our agreed upon price, and refused to make a deal. Dino sold the one car as I sat and watched. Extremely poor business practices and would never return. I had to walk away from the other deal on principle, because they were so untrustworthy.

We showed up with 45 min before closing thinking we may just look at vehicles and come back the next day to test drive. Spencer Larson meet us on the lot and was most accommodating. He took us for a test drive and stayed 1.5 hours past closing to answer our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend seeing Spencer if you're looking to purchase a vehicle from Harmony Acura/Honda.
