What a great experience we had at Acura of Langley!
Buying a new vehicle at the dealership can be quite difficult. We had experience with Honda, purchased a few cars in the past, and generally we were happy, but it took a lot of time and some wisdom to go through the process.
This year we decided to purchase Acura RDX A-Spec. We came prepared, well researched and met Victor, our sales consultant. He was pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable and we didn’t feel any pressure. We were not very easy customers but he was patient and professional. Finally, we met Stefan, the manager and we got the deal. Stefan was excellent, he negotiated the price professionally and with respect.
Then we met Ryan, the business manager, who did all the papers. We had such a pleasurable experience with Ryan. He is very experienced, an expert in his field, and he is so much fun to talk to. When the papers were done we almost became friends.
Justin, delivery specialist, who took us to the vehicle and explained
all the features - he was great!
We had such an awesome experience with the team of Acura of Langley like never before!!

We showed up with 45 min before closing thinking we may just look at vehicles and come back the next day to test drive. Spencer Larson meet us on the lot and was most accommodating. He took us for a test drive and stayed 1.5 hours past closing to answer our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend seeing Spencer if you're looking to purchase a vehicle from Harmony Acura/Honda.

We bought A car from these guys and the worst experience we had. They have been very pushy to buy extra warranty. Once we got all the paperwork done we noticed the car has already some issues. The day after we went to complain and return the car and they said they are going to send the car to service and they are going to arrange the time and let us know never called and didn't follow up even once we said we want to return the car the manager refused and showed us attitude. Very very bad service. We asked them to return the warranty because we didn't get any service they just playing to pass the time and again refused. Do NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM. It's just wasting time and money.

All the staff at Richmond Acura were polite and very professional. The dealership was very clean and we felt very comfortable thru the whole process.
