Helped a friend purchased a pre own 2019 RDX A Spec last weekend. Negotiations for the car went well, but delivery of car was rushed out the door. Salesman refused to address buyer’s concerns of the lack of detailing and accessories as promised. Brought car home and followed up with salesman on issues but was told more cost would incur if she wanted her way.
Bottom line is, do not leave dealership if you are unsatisfied. Now she is forced to deal with Acura HQ for resolution. Should have read all these reviews before stepping into dealership.

Extremely poor service. Bought a used vehicle that turned out to have multiple mechanical problems. Reported within the same week but dealership is not honouring their requirement to cancel the contract and provide a full refund.
Outstanding Service - Tiny
We showed up with 45 min before closing thinking we may just look at vehicles and come back the next day to test drive. Spencer Larson meet us on the lot and was most accommodating. He took us for a test drive and stayed 1.5 hours past closing to answer our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend seeing Spencer if you're looking to purchase a vehicle from Harmony Acura/Honda.
