My wife and I had to bring our civic in for some recall work. We were greeted quickly, and treated very professionally through the whole process. The service advisor educated us on the maintenance schedule for our vehicle and when to expect specific items to become due. We did not feel pressured to complete any of the maintenance but appreciated the knowledge and time spent with us. We ended up catching our vehicle up on any due maintenance and had the vehicle back in timely manor. Thanks Sherwood Honda!

Since I gave negative reviews on Norden VW and West Edmonton Volkswagon, I thought I should actually praise a dealership that has treated me well. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe from West Edmonton Hyundai. I got a pretty good deal, so I bought a 2012 as well. Since then I’ve consistently recommended this dealership to friends and family. I’ve probably helped them sell another 8 – 10 cars over the years. The service department is solid and won’t nickel and dime you over minor things. Jeff is fantastic and always works hard to ensure the service customers are taken care of. I’ll say that entire service department works hard and I’ve never been disappointed. Can’t wait for their renovations to the building to be complete. It’ll look fantastic. I’d honestly buy an Ioniq5 from these guys tomorrow. Unfortunately, my wife and I didn’t find the seat comfortable. We chose the ID4 but the local VW dealerships haven’t been good to deal with. I’m sort of stuck no…I may ask the West Edmonton Hyundai team to call me if they get an ID4 on trade, or perhaps I’ll expand my search to Red Deer or Calgary for a decent VW dealership…

I took my car to this dealership's service dept, to have them eliminate an ongoing rattling sound underneath my car. After paying over $500, they told me that it was gone upon replacing the belt tensioner. Today this noise remains. I will NEVER go to this dealer again, as they are over-priced, and can't even fix the problem !!

Country Hills Hyundai have been the worst of all. Always upselling and few advisors have straight up face and not welcoming. I mean if you can't even say Good Morning, then why are you even in customer service environment? Gave them whole day for appraisal and that wasn't even done.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5 stars) Excellent Service Experience at Country Hills Toyota On June 5th, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for servicing at Country Hills Toyota and was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. Gary Wong assisted me at the service desk—he was courteous, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. His calm and helpful demeanor made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. While waiting, I was able to enjoy a coffee in the lounge, which was a nice touch and made the experience even more comfortable. Since Farouk wasn't in until later in the day, another team member, Samer Safadi, took the time to speak with me. He answered my questions and also shared how much he enjoys working at Country Hills Toyota—which really stood out. It’s always great to hear when employees are genuinely happy at their workplace. I’ll be returning on June 6th to complete the service as part of my “Smart Care” package. Based on this visit, I can confidently say the staff here truly go the extra mile. This is customer service done right—and it’s clear that management genuinely cares about how customers are treated. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a great experience!

Excellent service! Dependable and respectful service department. After having a very negative and frustrating experience at Schwab in Leduc it was recommended to us to take our truck to Adams. Best decision we made was to see Dean in Adams service department. Dean went beyond our expectations and was able to resolve all the issues we were having with the truck. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied and happy customers. Dean and his staff understand and respect the term “customer service” and they actually work to ensure customers satisfaction because they want the repeat business. I would highly recommend the service department at Adams because they stand behind their product and work.

I had the most amazing service yesterday. On June 3rd I ordered an update to my 2020 Ford Escape GPS on line. What I expected was a usb that I could plug into my car to update my GPS. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks and sending 3 emails to the website I went to my dealership. I was greeted by Jackie (in the service department) and voiced my concern to a very helpful lady. She did some research and told me to wait a few days and come back if my emails were not answered. Magically, I received an answer next day telling me I had ordered a digital update (which cost me 104 US) and if I wanted a usb I’d have to order one. I immediately responded and pointed out that the website did not give me an option of ordering a usb reverses a digital update and charged me in US $ that was not refundable. I went back to the dealership ..Jackie recognized me right away, introduced me to Chi who took the long digital instructions and sent me home. I picked up my car next day and was charged $.00 dollars. Now ladies and gentlemen that’s service. I’m should say I’m not surprised as I have been dealing with Advantage Ford for 5 years and enjoyed exceptional service very visit.

The service department is superior. Ziad, Shannon and Dean are always so approachable and very friendly. The service department really helped me out last week. I was sitting in my car for about an hour with the radio on and talking on the phone. The battery died and it was soon time for me to pick up my son. I was close to Honda so they quickly came to me and boosted my car. This is so appreciated! Thank you.

Purchased an rv from their edmonton branch. They druf their feet for so long saying they were going to take care of my issues. Under warranty. Never did. After 3.5 years I finally got fed up and took to social media for help. And posted a review on Google. The owner told them to ban me from the property and all of their properties. I have even tried dealing with the red deer branch as they are the main office. Was told nothing they could do. I had to TRY and deal with esmonton. Worst company ever. Do not deal with them. Even the owner loves to hide behind the keyboard and make threats. My salesman ultimately quit due to the fact that he was ordered by the owner to make it so the customer paid directly and not under warranty

Staff was friendly and helpful but corrosion warranty was denied. Reasoning for denial was damage was caused by road sand and every day wear and tear. Why offer a warranty if you dont approve it when it's totally valid. I love my Audi but very disappointed in their "warranty"
