I urge everyone to stay vigilant, thoroughly verify your paperwork, and avoid making the same mistake I did by blindly trusting anyone. Also, refrain from providing any deposit before reviewing the final bill of sale. Stay safe out there! This life lesson from the experience cost me close to $5-6k, which I will just have to live with. Here's my review: The online quote for the car I wanted was around $25k. When I contacted them via phone/text, they quoted me $26k, mentioning a 3M protection feature. I thought, "Okay, that's not bad." However, upon visiting the dealership, I opted for a Rubber Sealant package priced at $799. To my surprise, the final bill reflected a price close to $2k, including an added 'winter package' with mud flaps and mats. Despite my inquiry, I never received the mud flaps, as promised by the salesperson. Furthermore, I declined their 'Credit protection,' but it was still included in the final bill of sale for $1500. They also added other items labeled as 'special accessories.' Additionally, they included GST, which was supposed to be part of the $26k quote. Consequently, my monthly payments increased to $577, rather than the expected $400ish had I scrutinized the paperwork and not placed blind trust in them. To add to the frustration, our first appointment, promised to take only 2-3 hours, ended up lasting close to 5 hours. More

I have purchased vehicles in the past but never dealt with anyone who was so unprofessional. He asked the same questions over and over. And wouldn't listen to what I had to say or what I was looking for and constantly refused to help and provide information. Ignore calls and texts. When what you think is a reputable car dealership having to deal with someone who lies and pretends to have basic knowledge about trucks, I was gravely mistaken. It is a highly disappointing, terrible experience. More

I really wish there Zero Stars was an option. I agreed to a quote that was emailed to me on an ordered vehicle with no overpriced dealer extras. I had a call from one of the sales managers that they had just what I wanted coming in but it had the "Winter Package" I said I would wait as I was in no hurry. I later received news that orders were closed and Hyundai Canada went to allocating vehicles to dealers vs ordering, and the price could not be honored. I was eventually offered the unit that had come in that was now a demo and I could have it for the original order price - all the dealer added items would be a no extra cost. I then got a call that this deal couldn't be honored, but they could deal for an extra $1674.75 I reluctantly agreed to this on the phone. Then I get a call from Amanda the finance manager congratulating me on the purchase but suggested I get the 3M package to protect from the rock chips. I said I have a text that tells me this unit has it already. She put me on hold and checked with a sales manager, then came back and said no it does not have it and it is required. It will be an additional 1695.00. Also that Dan - the salesman that made the deal is no longer there. I said have Ray - the sales manager that made the deal call me. I then get a call from Cal telling me they will proceed with the deal on the demo unit for 20,000 difference. We are now 3133.79 above the agreed price.. I asked for my deposit of $500.00 to be returned to me. My recommendation if you are dealing with Leduc Hyundai is make sure you have all offers in writing and signed, but better yet, steer clear of these xxxxxxxx'. More

Extremely disappointed with the service on my 2014 Santa Fe. After spending $3700 on maintenance, the "check engine" light came on outside of Leduc after driving the vehicle from Calgary. The vehicle has been there now for 3 and a half weeks. The last week I have been waiting to hear something (anything) from Hyundai about a warranty on the engine. I call to find out what the status is on my vehicle, and no one returns my call. Just terrible customer service. Not sure I will ever purchase another Hyundai based on this experience. It is costing me a great deal in time and money being without a vehicle and Hyundai does not seem to take my problem seriously. More

Amanda in financing even caught us after signing to ask us to come redo paperwork, she had caught an error of an extra $2,000. If that’s not above and beyond service I don’t know what is! Theo is a very knowledgeable salesman. He even took time to show us how to function every feature in the SUV. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family, as well as returning when ever I need an upgrade! More
