On a recent trip to Alberta we unexpectedly lost the anti freeze while attempting to drive from Airdrie to Red Deer in our older Rv. A few days later we went back to Universal to retrieve some personal items. While in their parking lot I started talking to one of the mechanics and he said he would put in a good word for us. We had to rent a car and were pleasantly surprised when Katie said we were bumped up. The Rv was fixed sooner than we expected. Such good service and caring people. Being from out of town this saved us a lot of anxiety. I highly recommend Universal Ford. More
