First visit for a oil change cost me around 90$ service guy i got was well lets say useless and after all said and done got home opened up my hood my windshield wash cap was gone and never topped up they never checked my cabin or engine air filter said my engine air filter was green it was in the red my tires werent topped up and called my amazing service advicer about getting ny windshield washer cover back and said it wasnt even topped up and his response was we always top up the windshield washer fluid i said i wanted my cap back and the amazing guy kept going on about the fluid then i just lost it i dont think jiffy lube would of xxxxed up as much as this dealership

My vehicle was booked for tire change out, and routine service. My snow tires are on rims. I was going to wait for vehicle, day of service, but days before I was called into work. No problem, right? I was going to keep scheduled appointment, November 5th. Surely they would drive me to work...one kilometer away. When I tried to schedule shuttle ride, I am told that shuttles are all booked up.
I was forced to cancel appointment, and drive to dealership to retrieve snow tires, that I dropped off two days ago. Now I'm pissed! I speak to General Manager, at dealership to convey my predicament. He sympathizes and states, "we are really busy due to tire season". My response, if you can't accommodate shuttle service, then don't over-book appointments, or get more shuttles.
I bought my CX-5 at this dealership, and this was the first time that I have scheduled service. It is the last time that I schedule service here.

I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

Terrible. Was sold a total lemon. Didn’t even have a jack or spare tire. DO NOT BUY ONLINE. Salesman are shady, and extremely pushy. A bunch of things checked on the inspection that were clearly not looked at.

Park Mazda will do what ever it takes to getting you into a new vehicle. During the purchase they treat you top notch; However once they have your money they quickly change the tune. I bought a car from them in 2020. From the time I got the car I had to constantly put air in the tires. After about 2 weeks of that I took the car in to have the tires looked at. They had determined the tire had sidewall damage that could not be fixed. They replaced 2 tires on my AWD CX-5 GT. All was good for the summer. Once winter hit I swapped to a winter set I had bought. Spring forward to may 2021 I went to Costco to get the summers back on. Costco said they could not mount them as one of the tires had an illegitimate patch on the shoulder. I brought it back to Mazda to have it looked it. The service manager took one look and said there is no way that patch should have been done, and handed me a bill for $450 to get 2 new tires. I inquired how I was on the hook for bill when I had not performed the patch work, and had similar problems with the other tire when I bought it. He told me that's the way it. Then going on to say I should be lucky they did anything with the first 2 tires, and for all they know I patched the tire myself after I bought it (I would never in my life consider a shoulder path nor would most any reputable tire shop perform a one). The mechanical fitness form from the purchase showed all aspects of the tire as compliant when they clearly were not. Overall I am shocked they would allow me to buy a vehicle that could potentially put the lives of myself and family at risk. I am just as shocked with the decrease in service quality as soon as I paid. I will ve finding another Mazda dealer for my next purchase, and would encourage you to do the same.

Iwent there to get the co-signer off of my car, they wanted me to buy a new one so we compared the prices and i declined Because my boyfriend was not with me and i did not want to make that decsion without him there,then the acting manager for that day came in and was explaining the differences my mom who was with me told him that we were not there to buy a new car we were there to take the co-signer off, well then the acting manager started to argue and be rude with my mom so she left.
Then Arty started to pressure me again i told 3 more times that i was not interested and he told me i was making a wrong decision, so i said i don't appricate how we were being treated and he says that we were being rude first ansd i replied why because i said no!
He then started to yell at me slaming his hands on his desk then he got up and walked towards the door and yelled "You can just F%$k Off!!"
I have never been treated so horribly in my life and if thats the way they treat there customers i want nothing to do with them and i will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!

I arrived 1 minute before closing on Saturday to get my failing battery replaced. I was prepared to leave my vehicle there until Monday because I knew it wouldn’t restart if I shut it off. Anna immediately arranged to get the replacement done and 20 minutes later I was on my way with a new battery! Thank you for the great customer service!!
