I arrived 1 minute before closing on Saturday to get my failing battery replaced. I was prepared to leave my vehicle there until Monday because I knew it wouldn’t restart if I shut it off. Anna immediately arranged to get the replacement done and 20 minutes later I was on my way with a new battery! Thank you for the great customer service!!

I was forced to pay a $2200 repair bill that they said was suppose to be warranty work! Park Mazda takes 0 onus for anything that goes wrong, u will have to pay in full no matter what no compromise, no working with you nothing! A chop shop would be more honest and treat u more fairly than these guys! Avoid the major grief, anguish and the beating to your wallet Park Mazda will cause. Horrible business practices, should be investigated by the BBB.

This is the absolute WORST service center I've ever experienced!! They held my vehicle for 10 days to order a part I didn't even NEED and then told me to just keep checking the coolant every so often because they couldn't find the actual problem with my car heating!!! None of their mechanics have a clue about anything to do with a 2009 mazda cx-9 apparently!! Just complete ignorance and had the audacity to charge me $1400 for them to hold my car and not fix a xxxx thing! Don't ever use these people for car servicing - they know nothing and will charge you out the xxx with nothing to show! Car is still blowing ice cold air and the coolant level is fine by the way. Thanks for absolutely nothing gary moe mazda red deer - and for totally robbing me when I actually could not afford your screw up. I wish I could give zero stars cause they don't deserve even one.

March 2020 - I tooked my CX-9 for an oil change then after an oil change they gave me my key and told me that my ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON, I told them that it wasn't on when I brought it in. they said maybe the fuel cap, they check it and said look it was not close properly, funny things there were no warning sign on the dashboard at all before I brought my car, then they said drive it for 2-3 days and it will go away,,, after few days its still on and when I popped the hood, I notice that my coolant reservoir was empty. now I found out that I have coolant leaking. to get it fix, it will cost me around 3,000, which is too much for a 6 yrs old car, then suddenly a salesman called me at home asking me if I want to trade my car for a new one... I have my car for 6 year and all my service were done at mazda…usually after my oil change they never missed to ask me for a review and give them 5 star,,, couple of people I told about my experienced told me that never bring your car to them if you don't have warranty anymore...

I had a terrible and unorganized experience with no silver lining. I went in twice for a prescheduled appointment, and both times they did not have my correct tire size. Thus, twice now, I left my car at the dealer for a whole day only to be told that they could not service my vehicle. So now, I must Tokyo Drift around in the snow, putting my life and other lives at risk because of their mistakes. When I asked for an explanation, there was no answer.

The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

Don't look for another shop-this is the one if you want a great experience! Call them, you won't be disappointed! They do top notch work from estimating to repair -this team knows the industry and the level of expectation for their work. You won't find better satisfaction around town.

Iwent there to get the co-signer off of my car, they wanted me to buy a new one so we compared the prices and i declined Because my boyfriend was not with me and i did not want to make that decsion without him there,then the acting manager for that day came in and was explaining the differences my mom who was with me told him that we were not there to buy a new car we were there to take the co-signer off, well then the acting manager started to argue and be rude with my mom so she left.
Then Arty started to pressure me again i told 3 more times that i was not interested and he told me i was making a wrong decision, so i said i don't appricate how we were being treated and he says that we were being rude first ansd i replied why because i said no!
He then started to yell at me slaming his hands on his desk then he got up and walked towards the door and yelled "You can just F%$k Off!!"
I have never been treated so horribly in my life and if thats the way they treat there customers i want nothing to do with them and i will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!
