Small town mechanic diagnosed in under 10 minutes. Don’t ask Aniz the service advisor a technical question…. He will leave you 5 minute voicemail of mumbling and no explanation. You will be told to fix it yourself in the end. The service manager all but lied to my face. Said they want to find a solution and then nothing. 3 years unlimited km warranty?? More like 3 years unlimited excuses. SOURCE: 2 brand new vehicles purchased there. THERE ARE LOTS OF CHOICES OUT THERE !!! Sundance will not back you up after the sale! More

My wife and I are very dissatisfied with the service we received.. After agreeing on a price for purchase, the “ Sales Manager” comes back 10 minutes later to tell us we must pay $500 more to get the car. received.. Unfortunately I know of many females that have been mislead at this dealership. They did not feel safe or confident in their decision due to their slimey sales tactics and intimidation.
