The money person said paying the total price of the vehicle by cash was a disadvantage to them and did not score us any points. We felt like we should have walked away from the deal. But we went ahead and we felt dirty because of what we had done. Friends had told us MAZDA was an excellent brand but the Gary Moe dealer was far from an open and inviting dealership. I reiterate the young salesman did everything right. But we will NOT buy from them again. More

BUYERS BEWARE. The salespeople here will "go to bat for you" to get you the best possible interest rate as you have PERFECT credit. Granted, we shouldn't have taken the salesperson's word for it and shouldn't have been so trusting, but they were a joy to deal with that day. We no longer think this of them. We've definitely learned from our mistakes. Slimy salespeople will do whatever they need to do to get the sale. Be sure you are reading the fine print and not taking their lying word for it. NOT HAPPY -Purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-5. They charged us $1295.00 for the "Prairie Package" which is a Block Heater (installed ), All Weather Floor Mats (for the front only) and Locking Whee They charged us $1295.00 for the "Prairie Package" which is a Block Heater (installed ), All Weather Floor Mats (for the front only) and Locking Wheel Nuts ( installed). THEY WILL NOT LET YOU OPT OUT OF THIS PACKAGE !!!! I then checked on their web site under "Accessories" and found the value to be +- $916.11 which included installation on everything. That is a over charge of over +-$375.00 on the items. What I also find interesting, there is a sign by the service department the states, 10% off accessories at time of purchase, so that is another +- $90.00. And they want at least 9,s when we do the upcoming online survey! Do not think that is going to happen! More
