I believe the service rep was DAWN. She was so happy and welcoming. It was great to have such a warm and lovely experience first thing in the morning. Totally made my day.

Unfortunately the car I wanted was at Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie but Taylor Cooper was courteous enough to council and navigate me through the car buying process so that I didn't get taken advantage of. And believe me Davis Chevrolet tried every trick in the book. Because of Taylor and the South Trail Chrysler team I will be getting my car serviced there. The manager picked up on my situation and provided me with an appropriate vehicle with 4x4 to keep me rolling until my truck is repaired.

The service dept at Lethbridge Dodge has been excellent to deal with. The drop off staff are great, it’s great to just drive in and hand them the keys. The work gets done on schedule and at the price I expect. I live outside the city so I’ve used the shuttle they offer to get some running around done while in town. They’re great about contacting me by text and a phone call when the truck is ready. If your looking for the place to get your service work done look no further.

I needed the transfer case removed and inspected in my 2008 Dodge 2500 4x4, also needed both universal joints changed in rear driveshaft, and both airbags replaced as per factory recall. Had sent a lead and dealt with Derek. After a few emails/texts of him showing me specs of trucks I was curious about he was gonna send me a work up of a deal. Never got it. I followed up a week later telling him to not bother. I get a reply saying “sorry to have wasted your time.”
They don’t need my business. I’ll deal with someone who’s worthy of my time. No effort here to work out a deal.

I lost all faith in Dodge dealerships (due to Courtesy Chrysler) however Big 4 Motors has resorted my faith, not only in dealing with dealerships but dealing with good service/business as a whole.
I trust the service agents and mechanics 100%. I have had my vehicle looked over at other mechanic shops and have been told my Journey needs this (long expensive list) of work to be done. I then take my Dodge Journey to Big 4 Motors and my agent Keeton takes care of my concerns both in the repairs and financially. I appreciate Keaton doing everything he can get get my vehicle on the road quick, safe; and at a great repair cost.
I will always take my vehicles into Big 4. THANK YOU for giving me the trust again in vehicle service, this is not always easy to find as a female. So many repairs shops take advantage and just want your money, I can tell Big 4 genuinely cares.

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership since the early 90’s. Since the new ownership, it’s apparent they do not believe in customer service. I had an issue with my Ram and I told them what I thought the issue was. That was totally ignored, they had the truck for 60 days and charged me $2800 for what should have been an obvious warranty power train claim. On top of that, I paid an additional $300 to have it towed to the dealership I was loyal to and they didn’t provide a loaner vehicle for the first two weeks so I had to pay almost $1400 for a rental vehicle. I’d advise anyone to stay away from this dealership!

If there is no engine light on they can’t fix it. I have headlights that go out while driving, speedometer that’s 8k out, dust inside cab, garage door opener that works after pressing 10 times, cab heat quits every so often. The headlight & heater can be fixed temporarily by shutting off the key for a couple mins & restarting.I would think it’s a ( e c m or b c m )problem, they think there’s nothing wrong,! They kept pushing me out the door until the warranty is off.
