Trevor and Tanis have gone above and beyond for our last... - Sheldon R
Trevor and Tanis have gone above and beyond for our last 3 service visits to the dealership. Everything from customer service the second we walked in the door to the friendliness throughout our service visits with informative messages and updates regarding our vehicle. Their professionalism and effort to ensure we were happy with the finished product is something we wish all other dealerships would have instilled in their teams. In addition to their above mentioned work they both always made an effort to match pricing where they could, check pricing on mopar VS after market to ensure we were getting the best possible price for our parts and were always upfront an honest with us.
Could not say enough good things about these two and the service they deliver!

Amanda is absolutely awesome. Gave me polite customer service. I had a bad day and Amanda helped me find the mirror I had broken. I also had a brief encounter with Russ and feel with the shape of his Jaw line he would look really good with a moustache..the one with the twisted parts on the end of his moustache would draw allot more traffic. Just a suggestion. Merick was so promp with the mirror replacement that he likely has a moustach but I couldn't see because of his stupid mask. Paul aleo came to my rescue and quickly helped plqce my mirror on. Pretty sure paul jas a moustache to. Thank you lethbridge dodge

Absolute robbery! Do not visit this dealership. Took a dodge vehicle in due to check engine light, and veh in “ limp mode” not going over 60 km/h. Was told it needed over $2,000 to repair speed sensors in the transmission. The veh is a 2007 charger not worth 2k. I took it home, google searched issues and found the code could be due to old transmission fluid. Comparing issues like, cruise still works, odometer and tach work still it very likely could just be bad fluid. They never advised me of this! I took veh to Canadian tire, spent $276 on fluid flush/change and veh now runs perfectly!

I lost all faith in Dodge dealerships (due to Courtesy Chrysler) however Big 4 Motors has resorted my faith, not only in dealing with dealerships but dealing with good service/business as a whole.
I trust the service agents and mechanics 100%. I have had my vehicle looked over at other mechanic shops and have been told my Journey needs this (long expensive list) of work to be done. I then take my Dodge Journey to Big 4 Motors and my agent Keeton takes care of my concerns both in the repairs and financially. I appreciate Keaton doing everything he can get get my vehicle on the road quick, safe; and at a great repair cost.
I will always take my vehicles into Big 4. THANK YOU for giving me the trust again in vehicle service, this is not always easy to find as a female. So many repairs shops take advantage and just want your money, I can tell Big 4 genuinely cares.
Big Props to Keaton!

Bad service with pushy sales people - andreas_brunthaler
I bought a Jeep Cherokee there in 2016 and purchased the extended warranty as well. A big mistake never do it - Nothing was covered and for the price of this I could have saved myself a lot of trouble. The oil changes they are recommending are a joke and they were upselling my wife things we didn't need and therefore I never went back to the service department. I was checking on winter tires and was treated as I was doing them a favour and giving a lecture which tires I should not buy and only buy theirs. My AC always said on HI on the passenger side and after I spent money on the diagnostics I was told "nothing we can do". In other word once the papers are signed they don't care at all anymore.
The salesman was beyond lame and showed me nothing how the car works. There was no GPS as promised and only after some haggling they installed it. It sucks anyways never get the GPS for Jeep because it is so outdated and can't differentiate between US and Canada.
Also there annoying sales department was hounding me to trade in my vehicle only after I had it for a few weeks. They kept on calling me at work with stupid suggestions and then never called me back anyhow, which was going on for years. In other words one of the worst dealerships I had to deal with and I will never ever give them a cent of my hard earned money. The Jeep is gone and so are the problems. If this would be the only car dealership in the entire world I rather would walk then drive one of their vehicles.

I do not recommend coming here at all or buying a Dodge... - Cam
I do not recommend coming here at all or buying a Dodge Ram for that matter.... We bought a brand new truck and it has been nothing but problems like incredibly unsafe to sell us a brand new truck that has broken down at least 10+ times! When a salesperson claims that this is one of the most reliable trucks knowing that my husband uses it for work. First problem was an engine failure ON A BRAND NEW TRUCK!!! Had to get a brand new engine at 67,000 km. How does that even happen?! And now they want us to pay $5000 when we literally just paid $3000 a month ago to get it fixed and countless other times we have had to take it to get fixed. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! They have lied to us saying that the brand new engine has 3 year warranty meaning they would need to pay the $5000 but then we get a call back saying that actually it’s a 2 year warranty just so they can make us dump more money into the most UNSAFE UNRELIABLE vehicle we have ever purchased!!!! Do not step foot into this place because all they care about is $$$.
Honestly, the worst vehicle customer service that I have... - Steviefiedler
Honestly, the worst vehicle customer service that I have ever dealt with. After just purchasing a vehicle at Cam Clark ford last August this experience was nothing but exhausting at go dodge. The vehicle my brother purchased was given to him on a Friday at about 5p.m, (without any insurance) this was the Friday of the family day LONG weekend. He had told them he had work and it might take a couple days to get insurance (also it was the long weekend so good luck getting insurance) but they still gave him the truck. Obviously after purchasing the truck he wanted to get the lowest insurance so he also wanted to shop around which I was doing for him. I was in contact with they lady in finance named Tracey. I had my wits end with the whole experience after she called me because her day was ending at noon on Thursday and she needed the insurance, but wait I thought I was the customer here and I don't care when your day ends, In this phone call she yelled at me to return the truck by 6p.m that day because I told her we were shopping around for the best price of insurance. She told me it had been a week.... it was three business days we were working with here. She was yelling at me like it was my fault but this dealership gave him the truck without insurance.
By far the worst experience and will never ever suggest anyone to deal with this dealership due to there lack of professionalism and the way they treat their customers.

Stay far far far away from this dealership ! Since I have bought my truck 2.5 months ago the salesman , manager and GM no longer work there? This place is a revolving door of *********** individuals that don’t have a clue how to run a dealership. I have never received a phone call back from either employee here trying to resolve the same issues for the past 2 months with no luck whatsoever ! They will tell you what you want to hear but once you walk out that door you mean nothing to them and they will not stand behind what they tell you.
Recommending Unneeded Work and Overcharging - John
I have always had my vehicles serviced at a dealership. I bought a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country last year and had it in to Londonderry Chrysler for service and was not impressed. They told me I needed to spend $700 to repair a non-existent oil leak and another $2500 to get the air conditioning repaired. I took the van to another independent repair place here in town that has a good reputation and they confirmed there was no oil leak and repaired my air conditioning for a little over $700 ($1800 dollars less than Londonderry quoted).
Overall, my impression of Londonderry service is that they are focused on finding as many things that need to be repaired as possible and then billing as much as they can for the work instead of focusing on providing good value added service to their customers. After this experience, I will never again have Londonderry do any maintenance work on my vehicles but will use the independent repair shop I found since both their service and prices are better.
Poor service - Unsatisfied customer
I have been a loyal customer of this dealership since the early 90’s. Since the new ownership, it’s apparent they do not believe in customer service. I had an issue with my Ram and I told them what I thought the issue was. That was totally ignored, they had the truck for 60 days and charged me $2800 for what should have been an obvious warranty power train claim. On top of that, I paid an additional $300 to have it towed to the dealership I was loyal to and they didn’t provide a loaner vehicle for the first two weeks so I had to pay almost $1400 for a rental vehicle. I’d advise anyone to stay away from this dealership!

Several days ago I was travelling from the BC Cariboo to pick up a puppy at Edmonton Airport. When I stopped in Hinton for lunch noticed a strange drip under my car. I called Big Rock Chrysler afraid that I would be stuck on the road with my new puppy. Nikita the friendly receptionist got me booked in right away. In a few minutes she was back to tell me that Ken the mechanic had found the source of the leak and I was ready to go. The service as efficient and COMPLIMENTARY. THANK YOU so much, Nikita, Ken and the Big Rock Chrysler leadership. Lillian
