The quote for service for my daughter contained many unnecessary items. $3800.00+ went to $400.00 when I took her vehicle to another licensed mechanic for a second opinion.
When I tried to talk to the service manager about the fraudulent items put on the quote by her technician things got heated and she hung up on me.

Absolute robbery! Do not visit this dealership. Took a dodge vehicle in due to check engine light, and veh in “ limp mode” not going over 60 km/h. Was told it needed over $2,000 to repair speed sensors in the transmission. The veh is a 2007 charger not worth 2k. I took it home, google searched issues and found the code could be due to old transmission fluid. Comparing issues like, cruise still works, odometer and tach work still it very likely could just be bad fluid. They never advised me of this! I took veh to Canadian tire, spent $276 on fluid flush/change and veh now runs perfectly!

Parts department excellent, service department needs better communication between advisors, mechanics & customers! They need to LISTEN to customers instead of ignoring what is being said. 3 times I took my jeep in for new key fobs, they wasted my time! Had problems with key fobs working off and on for a few months, they assumed it was because batteries were placed wrong. It takes 1/2 hour to program them but had jeep entire day, then didn’t replace them. 2nd time waiting 3 1/2 hours but hey, they threw in a free wash! 3rd time jeeps alarm kept going off cause new fobs still were not programmed right. But they charged me 2 times for labor! Not happy at all! Gave Angela 5 stars as she was my second service adviser dealing with this, drove my jeep right to mechanic herself & didn’t leave until we were sure simple key fobs were working!

I lost all faith in Dodge dealerships (due to Courtesy Chrysler) however Big 4 Motors has resorted my faith, not only in dealing with dealerships but dealing with good service/business as a whole.
I trust the service agents and mechanics 100%. I have had my vehicle looked over at other mechanic shops and have been told my Journey needs this (long expensive list) of work to be done. I then take my Dodge Journey to Big 4 Motors and my agent Keeton takes care of my concerns both in the repairs and financially. I appreciate Keaton doing everything he can get get my vehicle on the road quick, safe; and at a great repair cost.
I will always take my vehicles into Big 4. THANK YOU for giving me the trust again in vehicle service, this is not always easy to find as a female. So many repairs shops take advantage and just want your money, I can tell Big 4 genuinely cares.

Ram 3500 taken in for heater repair 4 times. First time they charged a lot for core flush and said fixed, 2nd time they said we “think” may be evaporator, charged $2k+, didn’t work. 3rd time they gave me a grill cover, I said never needed one before!! 4th time they said core shot….$1.8k. So what was real problem? All I can say is their service department has no clue. Only kept going back to have previous work recognized. Not recognized a lot. On last visit I had no appointment, 2 weeks by the time they say they may repair…the quote was “you never had an appointment for 4th repair so we are fitting you in the best we can!

Stony plain Chrysler replaced my engine on a 2019 ram 3500 at approximately 7000km they lifted cab off truck to change motor while doing this they failed to guide cab up properly and gauged my rad with the fan blades the damage to the fins was on the inside of rad at the top of rad as well as the steel top part of rad the fins were bent downwards they refused to pay for it the damage could not have come from the top as there are shrouds/guards that prevent something from coming from top remember the fins were bent downwards precisely what would happen if the rad hit the fan when cab was lifted. $1700 paid to big rock Chrysler Hinton which confirmed the damage was caused by fan blades. Darrel told me to have a good life. Check reviews not the place to go.

Poor service - Unsatisfied customer
I have been a loyal customer of this dealership since the early 90’s. Since the new ownership, it’s apparent they do not believe in customer service. I had an issue with my Ram and I told them what I thought the issue was. That was totally ignored, they had the truck for 60 days and charged me $2800 for what should have been an obvious warranty power train claim. On top of that, I paid an additional $300 to have it towed to the dealership I was loyal to and they didn’t provide a loaner vehicle for the first two weeks so I had to pay almost $1400 for a rental vehicle. I’d advise anyone to stay away from this dealership!

I called Big Rock Chrysler afraid that I would be stuck on the road with my new puppy. Nikita the friendly receptionist got me booked in right away. It was a good dealership. I gave Bridge City a lot busy in service & buying a lot of car/trucks too. Found they weren’t willing to work with their long term clients & I was forced to leave this dealership. Because of this I wouldn’t recommend going to this dealership. This dealership has cut me off & didn't want to work with me. The service manager doesn't care about his customers & poor services. I'm adding this complaint at the time I stopped going this dealership because poor service & management didn't care. I had some parts that had order in they were topper for 1 ton truck & thule for my van. I didn't back from parts department or the dealership. This shows the dealership didn't care wasn't interested in their customers...If anyone interested resolving this problem. I have contacted BBB & AMVIC. It's interesting that the dealership doesn't want resolve this problem & I tried calling the dealership too...

The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.
