Thank you for your response.   I must express my concern that customers are not informed in advance, prior to the sale or lease, that the vehicle may behave unpredictably, with sudden reductions in power and acceleration. Such occurrences can create dangerous situations, for example when attempting to overtake on the highway, and may significantly compromise driver and passenger safety.   Had this information been clearly communicated beforehand, customers such as myself could have made more informed decisions and avoided the ongoing difficulties, repeated dealership visits, and frustration that follow from discovering these issues only after purchase. The unexpected and unexplained behavior of the vehicle on the road leaves customers feeling misled, dissatisfied, and afraid to drive the vehicle due to the aforementioned concerns.
