This was the forth Jeep I have purchased, and the third from Renfrew Chrysler. James (Forrester) was great to deal with - very professional, friendly and listened to what the needs of the customer were before suggesting the right vehicle for our family. James was realistic and honest which was refreshing in a salesman! The efficiency at which he was able to get us into the vehicle we wanted (less than 24 hours from first phone calls to purchase) was incredible - and he met our needs at every turn. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would use James and Renfrew again in the future.

We had hoped the Service Department could replace the engine and transmission in our Abarth 500c with used units. Shaun Harrison and Keaton Grbavac worked hard to try and resolve the issue but, in the end, could not source a used Abarth engine.
Coincidently, a Jeep Compass fitted with the same brand towing hardware had been taken in trade and was offered at a price that fitted our budget.

I would just like to take a few minutes to appreciate Taleb. While I was driving through their lot to see if there was any vehicles that peaked my interest, Taleb approached me and asked if there was anything he could do to help me out. I mentioned to him if that I was considering trading in my Subaru Legacy for a 4 door wrangler and that I was just looking around to see what they had in stock. He asked if I would have liked to comeback into the dealership and I kindly refused because I just wasn’t comfortable going inside. To my surprise, Taleb then asked if he could grab me a coffee from inside while I kept looking ( of course I said yes ) anyways once he came out with my coffee he left me his card and mentioned that if I had any question, comments, concerns or that if I was just in the neighbourhood to give him a call or text or even just stop by. I didn’t purchase anything from crosstown but hopefully one day I will from Taleb. Not only was he kind, energetic , understanding he was also very professional and will not bother you like car sales workers through text/emails/phones.
I would highly recommend Taleb for the best service at crosstown!

I was looking to purchase a new car and unsure of what to buy. Have had good dealings with Derrick dodge and decided to head there. Ended up parking at one end of the building and noticed it was a whole new showroom for Fiat. Layout was clean and fresh full of the entire Fiat line up. I was approached by a gentleman named Jim who was excited about the cars and after a few minutes of asking what my needs were directed me to the 500x. Same as my past dealings with Derrick, pricing was great, the negotiation process easy. They really do care more about a happy customer and return business than the bottom line. I took delivery the next day of my new Fiat clean and waiting. I love my new Fiat, Thank you Derrick!
