Will buy our vehicle from a different BMW dealership. Would drive to Calgary and buy before buying from Bavaria. Made an appt with a sales rep named Ryan to see a specific vehicle, showed up exactly on time, he wasn’t available. We waited 10 min after they paged him. Finally asked the receptionist to find us another rep, 10 min later someone came, his name was Bill. Bill, with his mask not covering his nose, brought in a car for us to look at after we walked him through what we were looking for. (You would think Ryan would have already had the vehicle inside for us to look) When we finished the rep was no where to be found. Interrupted the receptionist who was chatting with colleagues, to page Bill. Waited 5 minutes, then out of sheer frustration we left. While driving home, Bill called to apologize explaining he was very busy. Worst shopping experience for a vehicle ever and we will absolutely not come back to Bavaria BMW opting to purchase our vehicle at another dealership in Edmonton or Calgary. Better service buying $100 worth of lumber than a big ticket item like a luxury vehicle! Immediately drove to the next dealer on our shopping list and the experience a 180 degree turn in the right direction.

Our experience with this dealership has been great, no complaints. I have had four BMW vehicles in my lifetime and have continued to buy them thru the years because we appreciate the quality, the superior way the vehicles drive, the safety features, and the positive dealership experience (320I, 633I, X5, 328D).

I have just purchased my second car at this dealership and I always felt they were trying to do their best to help me with my car/options selection and always showing me that they really appreciate my business. This time my contact was Jason Stevenson, a really nice and knowledgeable guy. Nevertheless, I was quite disappointed when they were never able to deliver on my requirement that was written in Offer to Purchase document stipulating I want to see my car still covered with transport protection before accepting it. They failed both times on it. I had an option to reject it but since otherwise it looked OK I decided to take it anyway.
