Excellent service delivered to Toronto - NT
Bavaria BMW had the vehicle that I wanted, so I contacted them through the form on their website. Raul quickly responded to me and provided me with more information about the car. The sales process with Philip and Raul was very smooth and done mostly online via email. They did a great job preparing the car for delivery and helped arrange the vehicle to be delivered to me in Toronto. If they had a location near Toronto, I would definitely take my car to their dealership for service. I had a great customer experience with their team and I would highly recommend Bavaria BMW.
If I could rate -1 I would have. Stay away from this... - kellymac527
If I could rate -1 I would have. Stay away from this service department. 06/19/20 I dropped of my 2018 BMW for service, they took pictures around the car. When I got home to Red Deer I found scrapes on my power tailgate. Sent pictures, dealer will admit to nothing, no responsibility, will not disclose the pictures they took after it was dropped off and say they didn't take any pictures before returning it to me. Take your own pictures before handing keys over and before getting them back.
Quality Service, Good Experience! - Fuzzy Ed
I originally went to the South BMW location, twice... Both times were terrible experiences. The customer service at that dealership was trash. Later, I got in touch with Michael Wozniak at the BMW Gallery...I had a great experience working with Mike. He was professional and treated me like a friend. He helped me build and later find the vehicle I was after. I'm very happy with my purchase through Mike and would defiantly recommend him to anyone purchasing a BMW.
Confused by bad reviews. - jmcrsv4
Having purchased many German cars from Audi, Mercedes and BMW I'm very surprised that so many chose to go down the route of slamming an excellent and honest dealership. There are several sides to each story and customers need to chill a little and not expect everything for free. Having bought from a X5M from Bavaria BMW and dealing with them, Edmonton BMW is far better and far more likely to get your car taken care of properly. Sales/Service and Parts have all treated me far better than the dealership I purchased from. Even when I had a small dispute, Edmonton BMW would always work with me to find a solution that worked for both of us. I was once charged over $700 for a service that should have been free, then they promptly refunded me when we realized the error. People make mistakes, at least allow them to fix it through calm adult discussion. Highly recommend.
