Replaced our 10 year old Ford with another! I advised Jamie of what I was looking for and the net price I was wanting to pay with trade-in of my 2013 vehicle. Jamie took notes and sent an email to confirm his understanding of my requirements. Very professional. I had looked on the Internet (Car Guru) to get an idea of prices but did not want the bother of running around from dealer to dealer.
