Friendly and helpful! My dad brought my 2015 Black 2 door Jeep Wrangler in to Woodgrove Chrysler to do a tire rotation. The guys and gals also checked the coolant system and did a few software updates that were under warranty. Even though I bought the Jeep from a dealership from Lloydminster, Woodgrove Chrysler took a great deal of interest in ensuring my Jeep was running smoothly and did it with a smile on everyones face! They drove my Jeep up to the front door as I was paying for the tire rotation and as I left I realized they had washed my Jeep to boot. Great service, great dealership! Thanks everyone! More

I happened to randomly call up the chrylser office in wood grove and i was put through to ben.Right from the start he was positive informative and very down to earth. Weeks later we decided to stop by and see ben, since he had kept in touch with me in regards to informing me about buying cars and financing them. To make long story short we ended up getting the chrysler 300s. We got it for a great price and loved all the features that was told to us by ben.He put us in touch with JC, the financial guru at wood grove chrylser.She was absolutly amazing and explained every bit of the process very patiently. We had never done any finacing for cars before and JC was very informative about all the finacing options available to us. All in all we had a great experience at wood grove chrysler and we would definatly be coming back a few years down the road to grab another car hopefully Merry christmas More

Some Good, Some Not So Good We have had a lot of service performed on our vehicles in the past 3 years with this dealer. Most repairs were fixed appropriately but I did experience some bloating of the initial quote provided for me especially on imported parts. Twice the verbal phone materials quote was inflated by 20% for rather expensive items. I complained a number of times and wasn't satisfied with the service managers lack of response. I've been told they have a new written quote system which should solve the problem. On the new car sales end we've had a great sales newbie that was let go and two "experienced' staff members that were both dismissive and pushy at the same time. When we indicated we weren't interested in buying today, our usual response to pushy sales folk, they blew us off and recommended cars that were not at all appropriate or used POSs they were trying to get rid off. We ended up purchasing a similar top end vehicle from a competitive dealership as a result More

Will never go there again! I went in with my daughter to go and look at some used cars. Being her first car, I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money.. When I told the salesperson (not sure of his name) our price range and what we wanted, he said he had to go talk to his manager. When he comes back, he says that they don't have any but we could interest you into financing a new car. He wouldn't stop haggling us and asking us how much we would pay a month for financing a car when that's not even what we went there for! We felt extremely uncomfortable and we're almost forced into getting a brand new car. As we left, we did see a used car that we might have wanted.. But they didn't even mention it! I will never go here again and will tell people about my bad experience. More
