For the first time I believe it’s a buyers market in the Auto Industry!! I got a call from Woodgrove about my 1 ton, they were interested in buying it back from me… I was certain they would waste my time Auto Industry!! I got a call from Woodgrove about my 1 ton, they were interested in buying it back from me… I was certain they would waste my time with a low ball. They gave me a ballpark offer for my truck, and it was $16 000 less than what I bought it for new in 2017. When I went in to talk more about them buying it, they ended up offering me more when they saw the 4” lift and tires. After all was said and done I ended up with a bran spankin new 3500 Laramie Singly for a $14k difference. That’s incredible. The sales staff weren’t pushy, they were reasonable, and very knowledgeable. The “Magics”, (husband and wife DUO) were absolutely incredible sales people!! I commend the owners and management of this store! They’re running a sharp ship! Integral, fair, and overall the customer service was just superb! I recommend Woodgrove Chrysler!! Thank you Magics and your team!!!! More

Ordered the wrong options on the vehicle, waited another 90 days for them to even order so they didnt get penalized by FCA . Unreturned phone calls from finance and sales. After 8 months I asked for a refund, I got my deposit back in the mail which took 3 days , go figure. Slime xxxxx. Deceptive slime xxxxx. Why would they care about you after you spend 100 grand anyway. Called another dealer. Bought the exact same truck for less , arrived in 3 months. "Woodgrave" they should call it. Negative 5 stars !!! More

Have a Chrysler 200 and a ram 1500 diesel, both from wood grove, been using dealer for warranty service schedules.. been fine. Last visit with 200 was disappointing as found the service coordinator (female) grove, been using dealer for warranty service schedules.. been fine. Last visit with 200 was disappointing as found the service coordinator (female) lacked customer empathy and experience and only interested in pumping for $$$..wrong attitude, needs to realize many customers are mechanically inclined and need confidence in the dealership in order to leave their vehicles!!!!! Great customer service at the parts/service department. Joe took the time on a busy Friday to assist sourcing parts needed and James fit in the service appointment following day.
