Wolfe GMC Buick dealership is the best, but most especially Rose Larracas of the Service Department. Lance only cared about making a sale and made multiple empty promises that never went through. Continued to ensure he would fulfill those promises, but seemed to not care after deal was signed and kept ha empty promises that never went through. Continued to ensure he would fulfill those promises, but seemed to not care after deal was signed and kept having to chase him week after week. Would not recommend him to anyone. Terrible communication and was left with a bad taste after deal was completed. More

We had a little trouble with our Chev Impala and took it into Edmonton to the Wolfe GMC Buick dealer after talking to Renee and Cory the Service people. Dropped it off at 9 am and they called at around 11 into Edmonton to the Wolfe GMC Buick dealer after talking to Renee and Cory the Service people. Dropped it off at 9 am and they called at around 11 am to say that the car was finished and ready for pick-up. The employees at Wolfe GMC are always friendly and are ready to answer any questions we had. Expert service they have a way of making you feel important. More

I took my vehicle in for a simple diagnostic and warranty job. The whole process turned out to be the service advisor constantly trying up upsell me on things that I didn’t need. It’s all just charge charge job. The whole process turned out to be the service advisor constantly trying up upsell me on things that I didn’t need. It’s all just charge charge charge with no actual benifits.I’ve used this dealership for quit a while and they only became this pushy for sales when they got bought by Wolfe. I had asked for my parts that they changed to be put in the back of my vehicle to keep for later. They couldn’t even handle those simple instructions cause I had to go back in and get my parts. More
