Exceptional service! I had gone into Western to look at comparables while considering other vehicles at two other dealerships. What I thought I wanted didn't really fit, a I had gone into Western to look at comparables while considering other vehicles at two other dealerships. What I thought I wanted didn't really fit, and Shananne was really helpful in pointing out something that might be better suited, and it was! She was helpful and friendly, and after only being there for a short time and going on a test drive she had provided me with all the financial information I needed to help make my decision. When it came down to decision time, I was much more comfortable dealing with the people at Western. While other dealerships were engaging in shady or high pressure sales tactics, Shananne was right up front with pricing and finance. Everything was crystal clear and made the decision to buy very easy. When I went in to finance to finalize the deal, I'm pleased to say it was a great experience. For me, this has always been the worst part about buying a car. But Ashley made it fun and for the first time I left in my new car feeling like I got the deal I was looking for instead of feeling like I either bought something I didn't want or ended up with a bad rate. The experience was so good, it's almost a tragedy that it's a one time kind of deal, unless I buy another car. More

Just like the good old days I had a 2017 Honda CRV, bought new, with only 17K km. Unfortunately, those vehicles have an issue with fuel diluting the engine oil. The problem was s I had a 2017 Honda CRV, bought new, with only 17K km. Unfortunately, those vehicles have an issue with fuel diluting the engine oil. The problem was significant with no end/fix in sight, so I quickly became unhappy with Honda and their lack of concern/responsibility for the problem. Decided to have the dealer buy it back and look for a truck. I knew I wanted a mid size truck so that limited options, but I went to at least 6 dealerships looking, test driving, pricing and gathering information. Some (like SP GMC and SP Chev) I wouldn't set foot in again. In contrast to feeling like you're being swarmed, charmed, lubed, underinformed, oversold and downright played, my experience at Western GMC was just like it should be...and was in the good old days. Fast, efficient, no games, friendly, helpful, accommodating, transparent, willing to negotiate in good faith, no high pressure sales tactics, no games and no xxxxxxxx. Walt, Chantal and Rebecca were gems to deal with, and we laughed and smiled each time we were in the dealership through the purchase process. Thank you More

Husband is always right!! UGHHHH After over a year of searching for a truck, and going to multiple dealerships. My gf at work recommend I go to Western. Walked in with little expectations and frankly I was annoyed at myself for even going into another “money hungry dealership”. Quite the opposite experience than any other previous dealership. Paul went above and beyond to meet my needs and also my wants in a vehicle. He absolutely didn’t pressure me. Never once asked for my number (6 precious dealerships did) and even put up with me when my husband showed up and decided that Paul show me an suv. Also he was fair and didn’t low ball me on my trade. When I thought the price was to high, he went to the manager. Still with no pressure to buy. When we decided on what we wanted and price willing to pay... he and his manager met our list of wants and needs. With the no pressure tactic and smooth transition we are the proud owners of a new Acadia. Thanks Paul and team for everything. Did I mention that the finance personal also did not pressure us into anything unnecessary :-). More
Amazing service I called Aaron in the morning to schedule a test drive over much lunch break. When I showed up he had everything lined up and we were on our way!
