I met with Ralph to make a deal on the vehicle. I picked up my new 2018 Santa Fe on Saturday and met with Derek who had all the paperwork ready for me and treated me like gold. He gave me his contact info and told me many times to contact him if I ever needed anything. They were all extremely friendly & professional and I never felt pressured. Quick Turnaround! I met Thiago back in the Fall when I drove a Tucson. It was just too big of a vehicle for me. When the 2018 Kona came out I knew that was my vehicle.
