Maybe if he wants to make a sale, he should focus on helping the customer and not his obnoxious yellow bracelet which resembles the xxxx-off that he is. More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I was in the dealership for a new Subaru Crosstrek... BOY did I made the BIGGEST MISTAKE stepping into this dealership... ALL OF THE SALES GUYS ignored me, not even one of them would say hello... The Receptionist is just as NASTY, and continuously engages in conversation with Sales people instead of helping me... After sitting down with a sales guy, negotiating price is another issue... THEY MADE ME WAIT for AN HOUR tricking me into thinking I would get a better price, after going back and forth, the price was going no where, and remained unchanged to the MSRP.... Half a day wasted!!!! Its dealers like this give Subaru a bad image... Sales dept need to CARE about customers... NOT IGNORE customers... Turn around an go elsewhere... More

Terrible service, only care about money I bought a Legacy in this June. On day 3, I got a flat fire. The car was towed to them. They charged me $300 for a new tire which is ok for me. A week later, I found my car shaking at a speed of 120 km/h. They found the rear axle was bent. They charged me $936 for the axle, although I argued this should be covered by warrenty. But my car still was shaking. Then they changed the axle again, and then the third time. Then they said the rim was bent and asked another $400 to change it. This time, I was on the spot to check with them and did not find any problem with the rim. Instead, we found the new tire was mis-shaped. After changing the tire again, the problem went away. More

Dishonest and deceptive sales tactics ! I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a Forester in February. The car we wanted wasn't in stock and and needed 8 weeks to be delivered ! I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a Forester in February. The car we wanted wasn't in stock and and needed 8 weeks to be delivered. A few days after I ordered (with more than 7 weeks left before delivery), I noticed a $500 charge labelled "Subaru value package" on my bill of sale. When I asked about it, I was told it was for the floor mats, touch up paint etc. that I wanted. When I protested that these were items that were offered to me as part of the negotiation, the sales guy Bruce Zhou actually replied, "Well, we never said it was free!" What the???? You never told me it was going to be $500!!! To be clear, no one ever mentioned the "subaru value package" to me, told me what it consisted of, or told me what the cost was until I asked! The manager, Afshin Soufivand, was no more help, insisting that I signed for the charge on the bill of sale, and he wasn't going to take it off. It's $500!!! In the grand scheme of life, it makes no difference to me... and certainly shouldn't make a difference to a car dealership. But their refusal to remove the package (and their insistance that pay for something I didn't expect or want) speaks to the lows to which they will stoop to cheat you out of a buck. Do not trust these people! They would rather make a quick buck and have you leave an unhappy customer. More
