Nobody enjoys reading through lengthy paragraphs to get key details so I’ve point formed my timeline below. - RAV4 XSE purchased in May of 2019, told 3 month wait – received it in March 2020; 10 months key details so I’ve point formed my timeline below. - RAV4 XSE purchased in May of 2019, told 3 month wait – received it in March 2020; 10 months later. ZERO updates were provided. - Purchased winter tire package from the dealership when I finally picked up my car - Picked up my RAV on March 9, 2020; Winter tires were in the back - When I got home my Husband loaded wrapped tires into my garage for storage for use in Winter 2020 - Received a call from the service department that they gave me the wrong tires. Service Manager was going to bring the right ones himself and exchange them at my home. - Said Service Manager came to my house to do the exchange after closing in his personal vehicle - I blew a tire at the end of last season. - Husband took tire to tire shop to have it replaced last month. Informed the tire is discontinued and the tires are from 2017. Here’s the thing: - I was sold OLD tires – winter tires have an 8 year life before they start to deteriorate. - Warranty is only 5 years so I've used them one season and have 1 more year - Essentially being called a liar when trying to work with Toyota to rectify the issue - Since the tire is discontinued I need to purchase ALL new tires because I have an all-wheel drive that requires matching tires. They have been used ONE season and I paid over $2,000.00. - Bill of sale reflects completely different tires than what I was given. Says I bought Michelin X-Ice and I have 235 60 17 Michelin Latitude Ice. - We are being told there is nothing that can be done since it was so long ago. Why would we check the date code on brand new tires sold to us by our dealership? I won't trust a dealership ever again. - I am waiting on a call log from March 2020 to prove that this guy called me to exchange my tires. In short the service department completely ripped me off, likely because I'm a woman and we are just told too bad. While reading through other reviews I see they tend to milk customers for anything they can. DO NOT trust this location with your vehicle or money. More

Chris and Sharon are very helpful when we told them about the car accident. The turn around was so quick and Chris offered immediately the RAV4 2021 to us. They are really nice tell you what you want to hear, then you sign the paperwork. Then they ignore you, you get no updates even when they said numerous times that they would keep you updated the whole time. you sign the paperwork.
