Although we ended up leaving the dealership about an hour after closing time, at no point did we feel rushed, or that any pressure sales were being used. It was by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. Gary was quite helpful with the various questions, calls and e-mail that we subjected him to. We will be returning to Whitby Toyota and Gary for our next vehicle. More

Excellence of Gary Brown After learning that my 2000 Caravan had been declared terminally ill by my mechanic, I took the opportunity to wander into Whitby Toyota with the inte After learning that my 2000 Caravan had been declared terminally ill by my mechanic, I took the opportunity to wander into Whitby Toyota with the intention of looking at the 2014 Sienna. Luckily, I was met by the friendly Gary Brown. For the next hour or so, Gary wen through the options of leasing vs purchasing, the styles and types of Sienna's and, most importantly, the pricing for both leasing vs purchasing. Gary was professional, low-keyed and very knowledgeable. I was impressed and I believe that I was very fortunate. After I had settled on leasing, the process was effortless and I received the vehicle 4 days after I had walked in to the dealership. I hope the rest of the customer service in this dealership is as good as what I received from Gary. I would highly recommend him whether you are purchasing, leasing or just looking. More

This time the experience was everything we could have wished for. Yes, my wife was also involved. Outside the signs say welcome., but then so do others. Inside you rapidly feel welcome.. We arrived on time and Nicole was there waiting to greet us. Two days later as we left in our new car we felt grateful for having met her. All the good qualities you look for in one person. Knowledge, attention to detail, listens, explains, all the while being human and yet businesslike. At no time did we feel pressure or stress. One fine Wednesday afternoon, my husband and I accidentally passed by Whitby Toyota without any plans to buy a car the soonest. Our original plan was to buy the following month as we were still in the early stages of selection. Who would have thought that this unexpected stop over at Whitby Toyota could get us a car in a weeks' time? We have already spoken to a lot of dealers from different manufacturers and we were lucky to have been given the chance to deal with Gary Brown, who is an expert in his field. We may have done our research but it was different when Gary presented it to us. It was simple, direct and clear. Another thing that impressed us was that Gary did not pressure us to buy a car immediately. Instead, he gave us all the options we never knew was possible. He gave us time to think things through but it did not take us too long to decide. To make the story short, our next meeting with Gary was when we purchased the car that we not only want, but the car that is within our comfortable budget. Men love nice cars and women usually don't--- but this is not true in our case because we got a great deal for a very gorgeous car! What more can a happy wife ask for?
