That wasn't the only reason why I purchased from them. The entire experience was exemplary. Sam was our sales rep. He was so informative, helpful, and patient. He educated me so that i could choose the car that suited me most and reminded me when I was straying from my original plan, even though I would have spent more money. I traded my Mini Cooper in for a Prius Hybrid....2 months and 10,000 kms later (I drive a lot), I couldnt be happier. I tell everyone to go to Whitby Toyota and ask for Sam...he gave me an incredible deal and he truly is the only salesperson I've ever encountered that will do all he can to ensure you are long-term happy with your purchase. One evening my daughter and I went to look at some used cars at Whitby Toyota( without an appointment). The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and we felt at ease. Over the next few weeks we continue to visit the dealership as we were contemplating whether or not to get a van or an SUV. Gary Brown provided up with great options / information all the while not pressuring us either way. We finally decided on a 2016 Sienna( or should I say my husband and daughter). Gary made the process so easy and family oriented ; ensuring that he answered both my kids ages 11 and 13 questions. Gary Brown made this experience at Toyota such a memorable one not only for me but my entire family. Each time I drive by the Whitby Toyota, my 13 year old daughter wants to go and say " hi to Gary Brown". I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to get a car. New Car I was driving a 97 Buick which was working just fine for me. I just retired and wanted a new car so I went out and bought one. My spouse had a 1999 Toyota Corolla with 378,000 plus kms on it and it just kept going. With a track record like that, I decided to buy a Toyota Camry and hope it does me as well as that old Corolla. I picked the car up today and have only driven 44 kms but I love the car. More

Honda girl converted to Toyota! My husband was in desperate need of a new car as his 11 year old civic broke down. We had all intentions of purchasing with Honda again but thought why not check out Toyota as it has just as good a reputation. I'm glad we did! The service we received from Gary was amazing. There was no pressure! He just listened to our needs and laid out our options. He showed us the new model camry and we loved it and I have to admit the price was very good compared to the Honda Accord. In short we never made it to Honda and we purchased the camry with no hesitation and it was a lot to do with Gary. I didn't feel slammed and I trust that he has sold us what he truly believes fits best for our family! By the way we brought our 5 year old on this shopping trip and Gary was awesome with him. I would recommend Toyota to anyone but definately buy from Gary he will take good care of you. More

From beginning to end Shawn was a pleasure to deal with. I was happy to only have to deal with Shawn. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and honest. It was nice to deal with someone who didn't have to go back and forth to check with a Manager (as I experienced at previous dealerships). Upon pick-up Shawn helped me set-up the audio & phone system. Went through the features of the vehicle with me before I left. Best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle! The lady working the desk (can't remember her name) is also a gem! More

Poor Service Department I had a brake job done and they replaced the rotors on all four wheels and used the existing pads. $ 800 later and the vehicle drives no differently I had a brake job done and they replaced the rotors on all four wheels and used the existing pads. $ 800 later and the vehicle drives no differently then the when I took it in this morning. I have already noticed the scoring of one of the rotors. Arranged pick-up for 3:00 pm and I had to phone them to come and pick me up. They arrived at 4:10 pm. I have had similar dealings with this dealership in the past and similar results. This is the last time I will be using this dealership More
