Charles was a very helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth salesperson. Let alone is sense of humour. Charles was able to inform my dad and I on the latest deals of leasing a 2017 RAV 4. The entire experience from walking into the dealership from inquiring about the car, to driving off the lot with my new car was not stressful, pleasant and enjoyable. Charles also assisted with getting my new vehicle ready to drive off the lot in a short period of time so that I could return back to school. Having done our research, we decided Toyota would be the best manufacturer to go with based on their stellar reliability record for this model. Our friends suggested we discuss the purchase of a Sienna with Andrew Ward at Whitby Toyota. They bought a RAV4 from Mr. Ward and highly recommended him. We were given a detailed run down of all the trim packages available plus a test ride offer. In the end, we settled on a V6 7 passenger van that was already on order with the dealership. Our trade in procedure was hassle free and we got a really good price which offset the taxable amount of the Sienna. As an added bonus, Andrew offered excellent pricing on a winter snow tire package. A thorough explanation of all the controls and seating options was provided during the delivery. We are now happy owners of a Sienna and are looking forward to plenty of road trips. More
