2019 Toyota Avalon Purchase I just purchased the all new redesigned Avalon. Incredible Car! I previously had a 2011 Avalon but traded that in with the assistance from Gary Brown. Gary has been absolutely tremendous with me over the years. Gary is more the just a sales person. He has become a family friend and I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a Toyota vehicle. Gary's approach is very professional, relaxed and attentive with respect to your needs. Gary's many years of experience makes him the ultimate sales person along with Toyota's first class, ground breaking, quality vehicles. Would rather you service your vehicle else where Had a potential issue that might be covered under a warranty enhancement program (WEP), so i went in asking if it was worth booking an appointment eve Had a potential issue that might be covered under a warranty enhancement program (WEP), so i went in asking if it was worth booking an appointment even if it didn't meet the requirements 100%. Was told if it is that part that is described in the WEP was causing the issue then yes they would look at replacing it. So book an appointment for a few days later. Go in for the appointment and after 2 hours (30 min of which was them looking at the car) because it didnt have the code it doesnt qualify. My dash cam also picked up a conversation between the tech and the shop forman, where due to my lack of history servicing my vehicle with them (moved closer to them a few years ago and had issues with them see other review i hadn't gone back) was told to "go back to his f****** dealership" and "he can f*** off we wont fix it for him". Not exactly the conversation you'd expect from a dealership trying to help you resolve a issue. Service manager also didnt care had a "why are you wasting my time" body language when i tried to get clarification on the notes that were going to be provided to Toyota head office. I get that my car didnt qualify for the WEP but to be lied to when booking the appointment that it wouldn't matter, and being told to go back to my dealership doesnt seem like a dealership that wants repeat business. This was their last chance i'll never be stepping foot inside their doors again and will recommend this to everyone i know. More

This program ensures that the prices of the vehicles are reasonable and with the repeat customer loan reduction on interest rates, it goes a long way to help. My sales representative, Rashid Lorgat is a very nice and personable individual. He is well informed with the vehicles ,discounts and finance arrangement. I returned a 10 yr old Matirx and received a far market value to be reduced from the cost of the RAV 4 that I purchased. Rashid was very helpful with all the details, as well as ensuring that i understood what discounts I was eligible for, ie return customer, Used car purchase from customer, Ownership transition paperwork, licensing.. All in all, Rashid made my purchase experience very easy, and fare with respect to the vehicles value when compared to other Toyota dealers, or other car sales companies. I will be back for my next vehicle. More
