The Worst Experience with this Dealership I went to this Dealership as I live in that neighbourhood and I prefer to give business to the local economy. Secondly, I am a Honda products lover si I went to this Dealership as I live in that neighbourhood and I prefer to give business to the local economy. Secondly, I am a Honda products lover since always! I already own two honda vehicles and now I needed a van for my family. I deposited $500 to this Dealership for a specified van, made a certified cheque, and went to get the delivery the next day. I was being told that the vehicle has gone up $1 300. When I protested, Mr. Richard told me to get out of his office. I just want to tell that you are an unethical, unprofessional, uncivilized and a ridiculous person. I would not only expose your act on the social media, but would complaint against you in OMVIC, MTO, Used Vehicle Dealership Association, Small Claims Court, and filing a complaint in the Superior Court of Ontario. Get ready for your licence suspension very soon. I will fight against you till my last breath. I would make sure that you would never dare to order the customers to get out of your business. More

Daniel Olszewski was my salesman, who was the most kind and helpful salesman that I have ever dealt with at a dealership. His main concern was that I was happy and very satisfied with my purchase. Dan went the extra mile to help me with my car selection, was extremely helpful with explaining all of the options and delivered an immaculate car upon delivery. I was very, very pleased. Jason also answered questions about the mechanics of the car which pleased my husband who was a former teacher of automechanics.
