Worst service I've ever experienced! I bought a honda civic si from this dealership 3 weeks ago and haven't had anything but issues from the start. My salesman Steven Boudreau had some kn I bought a honda civic si from this dealership 3 weeks ago and haven't had anything but issues from the start. My salesman Steven Boudreau had some knowledge on the vehicle I wanted to purchase which was OK as I had researched a lot about the vehicle ahead of time. Didn't really explain to me in detail that they were only going to give me $400 as my trade instead of $1000, just said that with the trade in I can get you to this price. There was a fee on my paperwork that I noticed later called the security package which is a warranty on top of my existing warranty, which I didn't agree to so took that off after I spoke to Calvin. Steven was very nice when dealing with him about the car, was friendly, tried to get me the best deal possible, went back and forth for an hour or more to get the price lowered. Had even offered to give me a lesson in standard when I come to pick up my vehicle which I thought was generous of him. When I picked up the car he helped me sync my phone and some other simple tasks. When my mom picked up her brand new hyundai the salesman went over EVERYTHING about the car. Took him 30 minutes to go over how to work every single thing in the vehicle before she drove off the lot. The only nice thing they did when I picked it up was give me 3/4 tank of gas. The picking up process felt rushed, which means I didn't get to examine the car thoroughly before driving off to make sure there weren't any issues. I felt this was ok as I had trust in the dealership at this time, but now I wish someone spent 20-30 minutes with me going over how to use all of the features in the car. Dealing with Calvin the financial supervisor was amazing. The only staff member of which I enjoyed dealing with. Great customer service, didn't feel ripped off. Explained everything in detail with me in regards to pricing and the different packages, ect. So shout out to Calvin for being helpful and nice. 15 minutes down the road I noticed a huge scratch on the passengers side mirror (Got a quote of $350 to fix), so I messaged my salesman Steven who said he would look into it, I also messaged Calvin and sent photos the following morning. When we got home I then noticed another scratch/paint defect on the back right bumper which was there previously but I didn't noticed when first looking at the vehicle and no one there claimed to have seen it until I did (was able to have proof of this in the photos on the ad). I didn't drive back as we were on our way home, tired and hungry, thought it wouldn't be a big deal to do this over the phone. The last piece of information I received from anyone with an update about my vehicle is that there is no proof that it happened while at the dealership so they can't do anything for me, SO HELPFUL. I didn't scratch it, my brother was with me in the car and he didn't witness anyone damaging the vehicle while driving. Because this issue needed to be passed along to management Steven helped me get there which was good, he had talked to them about the issue. Now its been almost 3 weeks now since the scratch was noticed and brought up and NO ONE from management has gotten back to me. I have to keep calling in when I get a chance to try and talk to someone, most of the time they are busy and say they will call me back but I have yet to receive an actual phone call from someone after leaving a message for them. Such poor customer service. Finally spoke to Chris a new sales manager who basically told me Iftikhar is the one who has to deal with this and that was all basically. No rectifying of the situation has been done, not even about the damage that was noticed prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Still waiting to get a phone call from the Sales Manager Iftikhar about this situation, have left him 2 personal voicemails. Will soon be writing a review on every site I can until the problem is fixed, possibly going to small claims court for this or my personal lawyer and will be calling the Better Business Bureau as well. This is just ridiculous. More

He was determined to keep us there and close a sale there and then. We deeply resented this. We left and will not be going back! More
