Amazing Service We recently purchased an accord hybrid through Adam Rumball and we couldn't be happier with the level of service we received. He was knowledgeable and listened to what our needs were. We did a lot of research before making the decision to go with the accord and took months doing so. We have connections with GM and could have very easily purchased a GM with an employee discount however it was our experience with Adam that ultimately led us to deciding on the accord. He was patient, understanding and went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. We met with David to discuss warranty options and met with Sammie for coordination of pick up. They were both great at their jobs. We were very hesitant to purchase any extended warranties but David answered our million questions over the span of two days and made us feel 100% confident in purchasing the extended warranty. We are definitely a honda family and will be returning to Adam when it's time to switch our family vehicle. More

Unfortunately I had to pay a visit to Peter sooner than expected due to the fact my car was written off :(. Stressed and sad I messaged Peter for advice and what's the next steps to take. Not only did he remember me from 2 and a half years ago, he answered all my questions and even more, REMEMBERED what I was looking for back then too! I can honestly say, I'm very impressed. I work in sales as well, and it's hard to find service like Peter's these days. If I wasnt so far (downtown toronto) I would bring my car for service too! First come first serve oil change! Who even offers that besides this dealership?! We already have a plan for my next vehicle in 4 years and I just picked up my car haha! Pay him a visit! Everyone there goes above and beyond! :) More

No. I believe that buying a car is the same deal. You should be a be able to shop around, see what other dealerships can offer you for your trade in. Some other Honda dealerships do not operate this way. I shopped around 4 dealers in the GTA. Some places weren’t interested in me unless I was going to buy a car THAT day from THAT dealership. I didn’t feel any of that with Anna or the sales manager at Whitby Oshawa Honda. Very positive experience. More

Honda CRV 2018 Dave is very passionate of what he is doing. They say if you love your job you are not gonna work for the rest of your life. That's exactly what he is, he love what he is doing and he really nailed it. I bought a new Honda CRV and he explained every new features that it has. He go above and beyond my expectation. He really made sure that when there are questions and concerns he will reply and take an action right away. He is a man of action! He is the right man for this kindnof job. If not for him I may not buy from this dealership. I would tell their management to keep this guy and promote him whenever there's a bigger opportunity within the dealership.
