Poor customer service and no call back My husband and I were looking for a preowned CR V Touring and had visited this dealership prior dealing with Colin who was vey helpful but when we ret My husband and I were looking for a preowned CR V Touring and had visited this dealership prior dealing with Colin who was vey helpful but when we retuned he was unavailable (we should've made an appoint) so we had to wait almost 45 mins for another sales rep. We had already taken a gray vehicle for a test drive but wanted to see the black one before deciding. . We were told the gray one was sold and the black was off site undergoing a "service check" so we gave the sales person our cell number and asked him to call us when the vehicle was back on the lot for us to see and also to let us know should the deal for the gray one fall through and become available. I continued to look and ended up purchasing somewhere else but noticed the 2 vehicles we were interested in was still on the dealership website so I called and was told the vehicle was available and not sold. I'm not sure why the sales rep never called as he had our number in his cell phone so he can't use the excuse that he lost the number and this would've been an easy sale as we had already done our homework and was ready to purchase. No pressure salesman Nick Mohr is not your traditional car salesman. On my first visit, I told him I was trying out a number of SUV's from a number of different manufactur Nick Mohr is not your traditional car salesman. On my first visit, I told him I was trying out a number of SUV's from a number of different manufacturers. He gave me a lot of information about their used CRV's including a lot of what could be expected in differences between the 2016's and 2017's. When I left he just offered to help me or my wife when we came back. When my wife came in she asked a lot of questions, and he patiently answered them. She then looked at some cars and really liked one of them. She sent me back to test drive that specific vehicle. Even when we were looking at a specific vehicle, he didn't put much pressure on me, and didn't try any sales games "someone else was looking at this car earlier, etc." When it came time for us to decide to buy the car, he was excellent, and has stayed in touch after our purchase to make sure everything is okay. We had a couple of people tell us they had bad experiences at this dealership. You will not have a bad experience if you ask for Nick Mohr. More

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership My husband and I visited Whitby Honda this week in our search to purchase a new vehicle. The dealership is under construction, so a little chaos is to My husband and I visited Whitby Honda this week in our search to purchase a new vehicle. The dealership is under construction, so a little chaos is to be expected, however, the amount of chaos we encountered was ridiculous. We were there for 10 minutes completely unacknowledged by any staff members. We approached the reception desk and were told that someone would be right with us. Another 15 minutes pass by before the service rep we got spoke to us. We made a polite comment about the time we waited and he acted as though we should feel privileged that he even set aside time for us. He seemed disinterested throughout our entire interaction and gave us very basic info on the vehicle we were inquiring about and just seemed to want to get us out the door so he could go back to surfing on his phone. We were so turned off by the way he treated us that we left and went to a dealership for another company and purchased our new SUV. If we choose to consider a Honda in the future, I can say with confidence that it will not be at Whitby Honda! More

If you want someone who has a vast knowledge of their products and is super down to earth and hilarious, then Peter is that guy. He will take the time and answer all your questions and doesn't push. He is straight forward and looks out for the customer. So happy he was our sales guy and would recommend him in a heart beat. David made the financial part of the process very smooth. He was really patient and has great communication skills. He was really helpful and squeezed us in between appointments. Thank goodness for Sammie giving me a refresher on all the features of the car. From the time I first test drove the car and actually getting the car, I forgot what most of the buttons do. She went through the all the features with great detail. She's a nice little bow to top off the amazing experience I had there. Great People! Great Service!!! More
