Excellent customer service and competitive prices We were looking to buy a used vehicle, and found that compared to other dealers, Honda West had the most reasonably priced vehicles, so we decided to We were looking to buy a used vehicle, and found that compared to other dealers, Honda West had the most reasonably priced vehicles, so we decided to visit them. The staffs were very friendly, and without any delay, we were greeted by a their staff(Brice). Brice asked us which vehicle we were interested in seeing, our price range, and other relevant questions, and quickly took notes. He then looked into his database, and narrowed down 3 vesicles, which came close to our criteria. He showed us the car proof, and AMVIC, before taking us to the lot to show the cars. We liked a Honda Odyssey, and did a test drive as well. So, we were very impressed by the ease, and transparency of the entire process. There was on us pressure by the staff to buy a car, since the staffs were not commissioned. Finally, their return policy was amazing. We agreed to buy the van, and made a down payment, and Honda West gave us 72 hours period to finalize the deal. We ended up cancelling the deal, because we decided that a suv would be more suited for our needs. Within 3 days, we got our down payment back, hassle free. More
