We ended up purchasing our Pilot Touring from Honda West because of Cole's enthusiasm, patience explaining everything to us and his knowledge of our new car. Our initial test drive with Cole was the most informative we have ever taken. When it came time to discuss financing our new car, Matt was very friendly, easy to talk to and understanding. They even gave me a free rental for the day in the same model that I was purchasing since my other car had completely died. I would say that the process was a bit more challenging when it came to the financing portion. But if you are confident that you know what you can afford and know ahead of time what "upgrades" you are or are not interested in- that would help. I knew I wasn't interested in purchasing an extended warranty (since Honda is such a reliable brand) and I also wasn't interested in rust proofing or anything...it did take a while to "convince" the finance guy that I was sure. I gave up saying NO ten different ways so I just ended staring at him blankly until he gave up :) More
