This dealership was fantastic to work with. I can’t say enough good things about them. Danny Bass was great as usual this was my second vehicle purchased through him and I will definitely be us I can’t say enough good things about them. Hannah Mowat in the finance department was great as well she went over everything with me and explained all my options so I could make an informed decision. I worked with Pat Gerhardt and Curtis Jensen on a purchase of a 2026 Buick Encore. From the moment I started dealing with Pat I knew I had some to the right place! He was so easy to work with but on purchase of a 2026 Buick Encore. From the moment I started dealing with Pat I knew I had some to the right place! He was so easy to work with but one of the things I appreciated the most is I felt he was upfront, knowledgeable and straightforward. Pat was amazing at communicating and answering all my questions directly . Once we had worked out the deal Pat handed me over to Curtis Jensen. Curtis was great at walking me through the financial part of the transaction and all the other required paperwork. Once again I felt like communication was clear and concise and any of my questions were answered fully. I would highly recommend Wolfe Buick Edmonton and specifically these two gentlemen. Together they made the buying process stress free and pleasant. More

I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. We bought a barely used vehicle from them. Thought they had been great. Drove the vehicle home from Edmonton to Beiseker and noticed on the hi again. We bought a barely used vehicle from them. Thought they had been great. Drove the vehicle home from Edmonton to Beiseker and noticed on the highway there was a problem. They had said they did a wheel alignment, but the vehicle pulled. We called as soon as we got home and they sent us to Wolfe Calgary to get the alignment redone. When we picked it up the problem was still there so my husband asked the people if someone could come for a ride with him. They graciously complied and the minute they took the roundabout, the mechanic new there was something wrong. Couple hours later they found the rim and strut were bent that had not been caught. As it took them a while to find the problem, knowing there was one, we were not upset with the Edmonton store as it seemed like it was just a miss. What I am very upset with is how they handled it. We got the implied message from Raj that we must have hit something on the way home. That he was not going to pay for the damage as they were not responsible for it, even after Calgary said this was not recent damage. My husband had to escalate the emails to almost the owner before the problem was fixed, by Calgary by our request. Really crappy service and almost 2 months to have it repaired. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I still hold that Curtis was a pleasure to deal with, and as a finance person I would be willing to work with him again. But wow what a run around from the rest, and this included the sales manager of the dealership. This should never have had to have been escalated to so many people before the problem was handled. Honestly it was just such a disappointment and stress that just wasn't needed. I will also thank Quentin Siffledeen for finally getting everything dealt with. More
