I wish I had the service other reviews are posting! I am to the point where I'd rather book at a different dealership. I find the staff quite dismissive to the point of rude. I have read a lot of the reviews, and I seem to have the opposite of the excellent service that people write about. I honestly dread booking an appointment because of this. They are a service department, when I want to book a service I should not feel like I'm intruding, and I have never felt welcomed there. More

Bad servce I bought my vehicle in this dealership and I'm satisfied the way it goes through. I brought the vehicle for the complementary service after 1000km. T I bought my vehicle in this dealership and I'm satisfied the way it goes through. I brought the vehicle for the complementary service after 1000km. They said this service includes car wash and interior vacuum but I noticed a lot of dust mark around the body of the vehicle after it dried up. The interior was not even vacuumed. After several weeks of driving I noticed a squeaky/grinding noise coming from underneath. This happens constantly when coming from a full stop and the vehicle is at 5-15kph without applying the brakes. I called for an appointment but unfortunately they cannot duplicate the noise so they send me home. But I kept on hearing the squeaky noise so I decided to record the noise on my cellphone. I called again to schedule an appointment, after they road test the vehicle the technician said he could not hear anything, I showed them the recorded noise on my cellphone but they said they could not do anything unless they duplicate the noise by themselves. They hoisted the vehicle and checked underneath and I was told nothing is wrong, it might be a stone chips that trapped between the rotor and dust cover, just keep on monitoring it. On my way home I noticed the noise again. after 2 days I called them again to tell them that the noise is still there. The man on the other side of the phone is bald guy. I told them that on my third appointment they should at least do something like clean or re lube the brakes, but he told me that its not a part of the warranty. The BALD guy became rude and so we had sort of argument. I told him if cannot do anything I'll look for another dealer, so I hanged up the phone. Never to make an appointment to this service center again. More
