Service, service, service I was assisting my parents in replacing their car that was wrecked in an accident with as good a match as i could find. My search started on the dealer's website that accurately described the car and provided visual images that supported the description. Not wanting to make the drive to Vaughan should the car no longer be available, I called the dealership and spoke with Sherry Eskes who was friendly and informative and the car was known to her. After politely answering my questions she convinced me to come up and view the car...which I did. Sherry gave me the space to look over the car and didn't put the hard sell on me but made herself available to answer my questions. Not what I was expecting but entirely appreciated. Convinced this was the car for my parents I put a deposit on the car and advised Sherry of the situation and she assured me my parents would be well looked after. Both my parents and myself were not disappointed. Sherry was accommodating to my parents schedule and was, according to my parents, a pleasure to work with in closing the transaction. Sherry even arranged to have the car dropped off at their house to accommodate the fact that they had no means to pick up the car. All in all a terrific experience and a big thank you to Sherry. What a Quick and Easy Purchase At Vaughan Chrysle I called Vaughan Chrysler after looking at their inventory online. I spoke to Sirous Azimi over the phone. A short time later I was buying a 2015 Chry I called Vaughan Chrysler after looking at their inventory online. I spoke to Sirous Azimi over the phone. A short time later I was buying a 2015 Chrysler T&C. I had never met Sirous or spoken to him before, however I felt comfortable and at ease with him immediately. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I later received a call from Daina. She was also very polite and not pushy (which I appreciated) with the additional services offered, warranty / rust coating. Her demeanour and people skills were the defining factor in me purchasing the rust and under coating. Had he of been pushy or not as personable I would of definitely went with another product, Known or otherwise. When I came to pick up the vehicle and met Sirous I had some additional questions regarding total price, service etc. He was patient and went through everything with me. Which I appreciated.
