Best experience I've ever had at a dealership, very helpful I had been to many dealerships in search of a used vehicle and not one of them treated me the way I was treated here. Mike was extremely nice and welcoming, made you feel comfortable. As a person with not so great of a credit score I was beginning to think getting a vehicle was nearly impossible. Mike went above and beyond to help me. I got a new truck After receiving a phone call from vaughan chrysler they invited me in to have a look around at their new trucks and to see if i was interested in trad After receiving a phone call from vaughan chrysler they invited me in to have a look around at their new trucks and to see if i was interested in trading my current truck in. I found a new truck in the showroom and proceeded to go ahead with the purchase. I made it clear that if i was going to purchase the truck i wanted a tonneau cover with it. Onur assured me that this would not be a problem, until it came down to pickup day when he said that it couldnt be done. I find it funny that i could not get a tonneau cover from a truck dealership, but like an idiot went through with it anyways. I am very happy with the truck i purchased and the rest of the service from Onur, just pissed me off how the tonneau cover was dealt with. As for Daina Miller, she did a great job helping us with our financing and was a pleasure to work with throughout the deal. I would definitely recommend her and use her services if we decide to purchase another vehicle from vaughan chrysler. More
