Right off the bat the guy showed me nothing but respect and honesty and thats when I knew I wanted to make a deal with him. After hours of negotiating and paperwork, and to finally signing the final contract Sal remained genuine, sincere, kind, and honest. Yesterday I finally picked up this amazing vehicle and I could not be happier; the car drives and looks great. Moved from GMC Sierra to RAM 1500 I would have to say that I'm more than pleased with the treatment I received while visiting this dealership. I had bought my first GMC Sierra in 2012 then my second in 2016 only to be dissatisfied with the quality of truck. After months of trying to find the problem GM advised me I had an issue with my truck that they would need throw parts at to fix and they would not pay to find the problem. I asked to trade in my truck and was denied "this is not a smart financial move, and this is coming from someone who makes a living selling cars". After all this I decided to pay a visit to Vaughan there I met Sal Popio. Sal spend 4 hours with me that day and and would not give up until he found the perfect truck. Sal was able to get me into a new 2017 RAM 1500 Laramie. More

Positives and negatives with this dealership. Messi the salesman was great and we highly recommend him. Two problems we encountered with the dealership. 1) The dealership charged an extra $4 Messi the salesman was great and we highly recommend him. Two problems we encountered with the dealership. 1) The dealership charged an extra $40.00 for gas in the car this is ridiculous having spent all that money on a new car and they still have to slap a $40.00 charge on top. I have worked in many dealerships and purchased new cars and have never paid extra for gas in a new car. 2) There was a stain on the driver's seat, the dealership claimed they tried to remove it, I purchased upholstery shampoo and the stain came out no problem. More
