Started out at the KIA Canada site and asked for quotes. Initially, I received 5 dealers that were interested. Turpin Kia being the first to reply. I was totally upfront with Peter via back and forth emails that I had requested quotes from other dealers as well, and I had no real interest in going into a dealership to spend hours negotiating and sitting around. Peter was very understanding and listen carefully to my wants. After narrowing my choices down to 2 dealerships, I emailed Peter and let him know I was prepared to buy. As smooth as a transaction could be. On purchase day Peter, Mike & Andre were great to meet and deal, with making a great buying experience. The cars are superb, but the service is truly exceptional. I loved my 2007 Sportage, which is still on the road at something over 300,000 kms on it. We've had two Rios, a Forte, and a Sedona. All of the people we have dealt with over the years have been just terrific! More
