Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your past two service visits. We make every attempt possible to ensure that each customer visit meets their expectations. My understanding is that you had front brake pads installed elsewhere then came in here to ToyotaTown with a noise. Our Toyota licensed technician noted that some steps may have been missed when the brake pads were installed elsewhere. We also noted that the brake rotors were not machined or replaced with the installation of the new pads. As a valued customer I see that we did not charge you for the new brake pads to correct the concern- parts portion. We also installed new rotors and provided a goodwill discount in light of the fact that new brake pads were installed elsewhere. It seems unfortunate that in spite of our best efforts to provide you with a professional repair at a discounted rate to offset someone else's workmanship that we are being portrayed as a "mix" experience.
