Great Service We were visiting from 4 hours away when we experienced vehicle problems. We called the dealership which suggested speaking directly with a service ad We were visiting from 4 hours away when we experienced vehicle problems. We called the dealership which suggested speaking directly with a service advisor. Peter Engelmanas signed us in, offered a complimentary coffee while we waited for the vehicle to be checked. The repairs were scheduled in for first thing the next day - a Saturday! (Not available in our home area.) The vehicle needed to stay put so Peter arranged for a ride. As Peter was not working the next day, he had our file moved to Firis Sharif who continued with the same high level of help. Both men went above and beyond making sure all was done in time so that we could have a safe and problem free trip home. Communication was excellent - we always knew 'the next step'. We were also advised of the ToyotaTown Advantage Club Card program which saved us 10%of our total bill. Thanks Peter and Firis. Great job. Thanks to the mechanics too! PS - the friendly service continued at the luncheon counter too! More

I trust and respect Rob Dako's awareness of Service here never wavers, always excellent by trained staff giving me best of what I need at best price. I trust and respect Rob Dako's awareness of the big picture as I'm a senior and so is my car now 10 years old. He and I keep an eye on that fact and when it becomes obvious that it is time to part with my car we will cross that bridge then. I hope to keep it as long as if feasible. More

Bad service experinece I'm having a mix experience at this dealership. It' sales dept has an experience and professional sales team who delivers a high level of customer ser I'm having a mix experience at this dealership. It' sales dept has an experience and professional sales team who delivers a high level of customer service and Sylvia Donovan is prime example of that, on the other hand its service dept lack the vision and the attention of building and maintaining its customers relationship and treat its customers as an opportunity to milk them regardless if they are loyal customers or not. I had two bad experiences at its service department and the last one just happened last week and I made the desicion to stop servicing my car there and even not to trade my Corola and buy a brand new RAV4 from this dealership as it fails to followed back with me after discussing my issues with 3 individual employees at this dealership. More
