Rob Dayko Rob has been my Service adviser for 10 years. I would NOT ever go anywhere else. Just last month I wanted to book an appointment for an oil change and Rob has been my Service adviser for 10 years. I would NOT ever go anywhere else. Just last month I wanted to book an appointment for an oil change and Rob was away, so I booked it upon his return. He is totally honest, putting my needs first and goes above and beyond ! Above and beyond I bought my 2006 Toyota Tacoma used at the end of 2007. It was a private sale but I wanted what I considered the experts to give it a look over. I took it into Toyota Town and was so impressed by there service department I decided to use them for my vehicles regular servicing. I found the c On February 10th 2016 the ToyotaTown service department in London Ontario performed the 16,000 km scheduled maintenance on my 2015 Rav4. I found the customer service to be excellent - as always. I have used the ToyotaTown service department for my various Toyotas since 1998. In particular I want to express my thanks to service advisor Rob Dako for his follow up on my concern about the brakes. When I dropped the vehicle off for service I indicated there was a small noise in the brake area. When the scheduled maintenance was completed he called and left me a voice message including full details about findings, service and warranty related to the brakes. I certainly appreciated receiving such a comprehensive message. Thanks again. More
