Informative and excellent service experience I have an eight year old Venza with 200,000 km. I was told I needed new bearings for both front wheels from different dealer. I called ToyotaTown and I have an eight year old Venza with 200,000 km. I was told I needed new bearings for both front wheels from different dealer. I called ToyotaTown and spoke with Robert Dako my service adviser. He took the time to explain the issues I would be having if I needed new bearings. I made an appointment and Robert called to let me know only one wheel needed new bearings and he saved me hundreds of dollars.
