He was caring, knowledgeable and I'd like to share how thankful I am. Jason De Felice's service was above and beyond anything I could have expected. He was caring, knowledgeable and understanding professional who helped me with my 2010 Prius when I most needed it. Although my car is old, but I received outstanding service from Jason, who treated me with respect , took a lot of burden of my shoulders and gave amazing advice. Firis Sharif I have dealt with Firis on many occasions and I have always found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. Firis explains very clearly what services will be performed on my vehicle, how much the work is expected to cost and how long I should be willing to wait. What I really like about Firis is that he will let me know how things are going with my SUV and if any delays or additional work needs to be done. Firis has a very pleasant personality and I like dealing with him. I have seen him help out his colleagues when they needed assistance so I believe him to be a TEAM PLAYER.
