Winters coming....so winter tires are needed I came in today to get the seasonal tires changed over to winter tires. Helena was great and everything went smoothly. He approached me in the waiting area to physically show me the cabin filter that needed replacing before going ahead. Overall experience pleasant but I was surprised car wasn't washed after servicing. I thought that was standard practice. I will be in today Nov 13 for snow tire swap, but don't expect wash for this appointment. More
