The customer service is beyond anywhere else I've had service done. Helena was so personable and efficient, and even informed me they could replace the battery in my key fob (which I've not had for year service done. Absolutely love that there are flavoured sparkling water available for the complimentary beverage, I'm usually limited to plain water because of avoiding sugar and caffeine. Had the opportunity to bring my Tacoma in for a major servicing. Firis Shirif, was very courteous, polite and most importantly, Professional. Takes the worry out While their lounge chairs are soft, clean and comfortable, they are too low for seniors/handicapped to get out of and should be replaced.
