I came to Toyotatown for a recall. I was looked after by Firis. He was very helpful and polite. Rob is an accomplished and knowledgeable professional Service Advisor; a decent person, who always goes the extra mile for his customers! Before COVID when the Service Area would be milling with customers, I always saw so many people like me; men and women alike, lining up to be served by Rob. I only book appointments when Rob is there! Among his many attributes, I appreciate his suggesting what he would do in any given circumstance where I may be faced with choices on a Service visit.
