Ten years of exemplary service First introduced by a friend to Ken Yates back in 2001 when I bought a new Toyota Corolla. After moving to Toronto I continued to deal with ToyotaTown First introduced by a friend to Ken Yates back in 2001 when I bought a new Toyota Corolla. After moving to Toronto I continued to deal with ToyotaTown (excuse to visit friends...). In 2005 I traded the Corolla for a new Echo hatchback (a fantastic commuter car) and then in 2008 Ken guided me into a new Yaris which served me well for another 3 years. One of my London friends still has the Echo and is a regular customer at ToyotaTown. I knew I could rely on Ken for an honest response to any queries I had. I have since moved on, but still occasionally keep in touch. I would strongly recommend contacting Ken Yates at ToyotaTown if you are in the market for a new Toyota or Scion. More

Second purchase in 10 months Just purchased my second vehicle from Toyotatown in the last 10 months. First, a 2014 Highlander and then a 2015 Corolla. Shawn was casual but informative and we never felt that we were in a high pressure sales environment. He came in on his morning off to accommodate meeting us when other times would not work. Very Pleased with deal Nick was able to get us the deal that wanted. There was a slight hiccup when we went to sign that was resolved quickly which we appreciated. The new van is a lot simpler then the 2012. he went over all the controls in the new van which is completely different then our other van except for a few items which were the same.
